promptness from ordering to actual receipt of the toner cartridge for printer

We bought a few times. Most of the toners were good, a couple of them leaked crazy and we just threw it away even tho they were new.

I discovered QuikShip over a year ago and it has saved the company so much money-example one of the toner's I use; name brand is $78.99 vs.QuikShip is $15. I get little less copies vs. the name brands but not much and look at the savings. The copies are bright in color. The downside is their shipping process - they could work on this. I receive an email when the toner is shipped and see the slow process is on their side not the carriers side. They offer 2 different carriers with different rates; one day or 2 day delivery. I always receive between 3-4 days and I do not get the money back off of the 1-day delivery; I have requested a refund which I never receive a reply back from them. I just know upfront to do the cheaper rate, expect 4 days delivery and keep one on hand of each toner to ensure I do not run out and in return I am receiving a huge savings.

I ordered it last Thursday I paid $20 to get it overnight and it just shipped today and I won't even get it until tomorrow. So much for overnight shipping it will be 1 day shy of a full week before I got the item. Meanwhile my only color printer in the office is down which is a huge inconvenience. I would have used another company if I knew it was going to take so long to get it! I thought it was supposed to be quick and I paid extra and everything but I am still without a printer. Then it is not scheduled for delivery until 3pm tomorrow so the printer is down tomorrow as well. So yes it will be a full week before I can get my printer to work again and I can't reiterate enough that I went here specifically because it was supposed to be fast. I am very disappointed...
