The part I requested was sent promptly but accompanied by misleading literature. The instruction sheet related to a quite different part for a quite different printer. I complained and returned the part at no cost to myself, asking for the correct part. *The same part was returned* w/ the same misleading literature. Fortunately, I compared the part with the correct part as shown on their Website. It did appear to be the correct part after all. It was simply the literature that was misleading. Throughout this somewhat confusing process, I must say customer service was prompt, kind, and thoughtful; and in the long run the initially sent part turned out to have been the right one. I would gladly shop with this company again, but do profit from my experience.

There generic toners are okay, for the most part they work. If you ever have a big problem with the product don't expect them to be helpful or apologetic.

I placed 3 separate orders and not one of them was correct. the last order was a faulty cartridge and I am still waiting on a return label and refund of $47.40. The company still charges shipping charges on items not received and the process of getting a credit for items not received is a total nightmare. The invoicing system is totally insane no totals match charges and shipping. Will not use and certainly would never recommend this company.

I order the toners ( generic) from them. One of them was dry and unusable. I contacted them and they did not answer either by phone nor email. a few weeks later I called and email them again. This time they called to say that the warrantee was over that it was only 6 months. I pointed out to them that I had contacted them earlier without reply and even sent them the copy of the email. But the answer continue to be 6 months warrantee. I will not reorder from this company.

Failed to ship within 5 days after purchase and then shipped product in an unpacked box so that it was loose during transport and arrived broken. Have now lost 2 weeks waiting for a replacement part thanks to this company and they tried to charge me a "restocking" fee... as if they could restock a BROKEN fuser. Avoid at all costs.

Even though the company listed their items as Brother toner cartridges, I was surprised to find that the 4 I received were an off brand. When I asked to return them they claimed it was noted in the small print, and I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. I did not return them. After opening one box I learned that the cartridge did not fit into the printer it was advertised for. I then asked to return them because they did not fit -- I didn't open all the remaining 3 boxes as a courtesy to them. Then they charged me the 25% restocking fee for returning cartridges that would not fit! They are very condescending and difficult to deal with.

I bought 3 toner cartidges for a Canon printer and the Cyan leaked everywhere. They would not replace it. Don't buy from these guys. ***New edit 4/21/15: QuickShi* toner has now replied to a bunch of reviews saying that they are not legit. Note how the did not once address the issue. This is because these are real reviews. Do not buy from these guys. Yes, I tried contacting you before and it did no good. Btw, here's my order #, feel free to send me a full refund: 238710 I'll be sure to post back here when I receive it. That's all fine and dandy except it was leaking day 1. Not to mention that the toner cartridge just sits there in the printer. It should never start leaking even after 6 months. Either way, best of luck as there are plenty of other people here who know the garbage that you sell and have posted as much.

DO NOT order toner from this company. As soon as I placed their toner cartridge in my printer, I started having serious issues with "dirty" copies. I called my authorized Konica service man and he determined it was bad toner. Because of their toner, I had to replace my developer. In short, because of their toner, I had to pay for the initial service call, a new developer, and the second service call where the Konica service man had to completely vacuum out my printer, and replace the old developer with a new developer, which was not something that needed to be replaced prior to using this toner. I purchased 2 of toner cartridges and asked for reimbursement for both of those, including shipping charges both to me and back to them. I also asked for any compensation for the costs incurred for the new developer and the 2 service calls. Here was their reply: "We do not extend any warranties past the product itself. The refund will be processed for the returned units only." What happened to standing behind your product?

My wonderful workhorse HP4MV printer was making bad copies, put in new HP/OEM toner cartridge bought from Quickship a few weeks ago and the copies were still awful. Then someone suggested trying another non OEM toner cartridge because HP does not make that cartridge anymore, must be old. So bought a non OEM cartridge and the print outs are lovely, 4MV working great. Quickship would not take the cartridge back and said it was not old and I would have to call HP to replace the defective cartridge. After a grueling experience at various outsourced HP customer service locations, a guy named Adrian was unable to listen to anything I said — kept getting the info wrong and told me there is nothing they can do, the printer is old and out of warranty — I said it's the toner cartridge, the printer is fine. He says they don't make that cartridge anymore. I got very angry and he was going to hang up on me and would not give me his supervisor. REALLY? So Quickship lied to me about the cartridge, it was old and lied to me about HP taking it back and HP was totally useless. Still trying to get my $112 back. Wish me luck. Think customer service is gone from the planet. WATCH OUT FOR QUICKSHIP AND HP.

I purchased 4 replacement laser toner cartridges from Quickship Toner for my printer thinking I was getting a decent deal. Box arrived quickly. All was good. My printer continued to print on the original carts for a few months more so the replacement cartridges sat in their original packaging, in the storage room. When it became time to replace with the new cartridges I opened the boxes and was dismayed that THEY WERE NOT THE CORRECT TONER CARTRIDGES for my printer -- even though their "search system" on the Quickship Toner website directed me right to these. My printer required drum carts and this was no drum cart. I emailed and called customer service and their initial response was that it WASN'T their problem because I was out of 6 month warranty -- BY TWO WEEKS. Then I was told that I didn't know how to install them correctly and to call BACK for assistance. Seriously?! It's not difficult when you are installing the correct product! The audacity was unnerving. Went round and round for nearly three weeks more and finally a supervisor was supposed to call to discuss this and NEVER DID. I called back and got nowhere all over again. Now I'm stuck with a box of toner cartridges that I can't use. Oh but the customer "lowly customer service agent" (as he titled himself on the phone) suggested I sell them on Ebay. Wow, thanks dude. FOR NOTHING! I will never use this company EVER again nor recommend them. Rude, Rude and RUDE.

I made the mistake of buying a set CMYK of toner from this company. I use a Brother HL-4070 CDW printer for my real estate business. The printer worked fine for a little while, but then I started noticing print quality going down. Unfortunately I never thought to check the toner cartridges first. I had a drum end soon warning, so I thought that must be it...replaced it...same crappy printing. I noticed at that time that there seemed to be quite a bit of toner leaking from each of the cartridges but brushed it off as me being clumsy when I reloaded them...the transfer belt also looked bad, so I thought, "that must be it"..replaced it...started noticing horrible color streaking and again, more toner spill...I replaced each cartridge hoping I only had "one bad one in the bunch"...the print quality never returned to normal until I had replaced all 4 cartridges, that I thought I'd gotten such a "good deal" on with the factory cartridges. Cost me about an extra $300 to use this crap product....nearly the cost of a new machine to save a few bucks on toner...do yourself a favor and buy the factory loads.

I ordered two cartridges for my Brother Printer. After several months of light use, the first cartridge started leaking toner and made it pretty much useless. I contacted customer service and was told that the unit was out of warranty so they would do nothing. I put in the second cartridge and it is working but I have noticed little specks of toner on printed sheets. It will probably start to leak as well. It probably pays to purchase the manufacturers cartridges as I have never had any trouble with them. If the other cartridge leaks like the first one, I probably didn't save any money anyway.

Ad looked like manufacture toner, but when I received it was compatible which is fine if that is what you want to order. When returned for refund was offered 62% of purchase price. I say that is pretty good $$ for no products!!!

The website was misleading; the toner cartridge was advertised as an HP cartridge. What I received was not only not an OEM cartridge, there was no manufacturer name or location whatsoever. I tried to return the cartridge; the company wanted to charge me 25% of the cost as a restocking fee, plus I would have to pay for the original shipping and the return shipping. I looked online at reviews of the company and saw that others who had returned their products had had to fight for months to receive even the 75% refund. At that point, I gave up and decided to use the cartridge, for better or worse. The good side: it prints. The ink works. The bad side: it stinks. Unbelievably, like something rotten. I don't know what their ink formulation is, but I wouldn't recommend using this toner anywhere that people are likely to be.

I got the toner. The toner did not work right. It printed grey over the whole page. I had ordered 8 cartridges. I asked Quikship what to do. They said to try another one. It didn't work either. I asked what to do. They said to ship them all back with a provided shipping label and they would give me a refund. I shipped them all back. To get a refund took over a month with more than 7 phone calls. Misinformation and everything. In the end they only sent me $161.78 out of $199.12 because of a restocking fee. They did not tell me to try all 8. I would have. They did not tell me that they were not going to give all the money back. After calling them a few more times they finally agreed to give me store credit for the difference but that is not really what I wanted. Along with that I was told at least twice that they would call me back the next day. Each time I had to call them back more than a week later. Along with that they said they mailed a check a month earlier which I never got. Along with that when they finally mailed a check they mailed 2 dated 8 days apart and not postmarked for 8 days after the check was issued. I strongly reccomend that you don't deal with this company just in case you get a bad batch!
