It was about 30% cheaper compared my local vendor plus I ordered it on 3 PM Thursday and was delivered to me 8 AM Friday morning to Indiana just selecting regular shipping for 3.99

United States | 26 February 2017I searched online for a toner for a printer Dell printer C3840cdn. I search by my printer make and model and the item Quick ship showed. I bought to High Yield toners cartridges and the surprise was when I drop the toner with my client the toner doesn't work and were not recognized by the printer, and when I check the package they sent the wrong item because I received for other model printer C3760 and the instructions inside the box said " Use in the printers listed in the package" I called this people to fix this misunderstood and they said " the toner that we sent you fit in that printer" at this time four persons contact me and they apologize but nobody said "we will exchange that toner" and they are tried to said that their system shows that was my fault because I purchased by the other model, I have pictures and copies of the real invoice and they have it....

United States | 01 February 2017I searched online for a fuser for my printer. I search by my printer make and model and the item Quickship showed I needed popped up so I thought I was all set. The fuser didn't fit so I tried to return it and they refused because I had opened the box. How do I know that it didn't fit if I don't open the box? They said I ordered the incorrect item and it was my fault but it is the item they said I needed. I have been a buyer for my company for over 10 years and have never had an experience like this one. Burn me once.............

United States | 05 January 2017We ordered a 6 pack of ribbons for our older equipment. After weeks of waiting It finally showed up with 1 total ribbon in the box. I sent an email to customer service and they responded check the box again. I,m not sure why I would check the box for the items that were not in there. I just wanted what we paid for nothing else. The same email they sent me said that they do not sale 1 ribbon but only a 6 pack, so I went to there website and find where they do. I'm not sure what they are trying to pull, will never order there again and never even received a call!

United States | 16 December 2016We placed an order on 12-5-16 for 2 Toner Cartridges.- The estimated delivery date was 12-8-16- which would have been perfect. Except they apparently had some type of "backorder". After 10 days of not receiving our order, I called to get tracking information. The representative told me he did not have any tracking information for me and would call me back. I never received a call back. I called again today in which they informed me they still did not have a warehouse to ship the toner from and she would look into it. After 11 days of NO answers.. not even a courtesy call to let us know our order would be delayed or backordered. COMPLETED UNSATISFIED.. I went ahead and cancelled the order. They may be cheaper to order from but HORRIBLE service and exactly the opposite of "QuikShip"

United States | 15 December 2016I was sent a bad toner cartridge. Called and asked for a new one on Dec 7th. They told me they would send it out that day and I would receive it overnight (Thursday). On Wed, Dec 14th, I called to see what happened to the toner. They tracked it with ONTRAC (wasn't sent overnight as I was told) and told me it must have been lost. But they will send a new one as when they see "not tendered" on ONTRAC tracking site, they immediately send out a new one. So I decided to call ONTRAC with QuikShip customer service person ON THE PHONE. ONTRAC said QuikShip generated a label, but it was never picked up (not tendered). They tried to blame ONTRAC. Still wouldn't send it overnight even knowing about their error. The customer service rep transferred me to his supervisor. She said that it's "somewhere between here and there". I told her that ONTRAC said they never picked it up. She said that happens a lot with ONTRAC. So I asked, "why do you use a carrier that you have had problems with?" She really didn't have anything to say. I told her that the problem is they (QuikShip) blame their vendors instead of taking responsibility for not shipping it out. They would not ship overnight so I should receive it in 2 days (10 days after I initially called them). Meanwhile, I had to go buy a toner cartridge until I receive that one. I usually order the cartridges when I'm down to my last one. Unfortunately the last one was bad. So a big expense to me. I won't buy from them again.

They said they couldn't see if it had shipped, but would find out and get back to me. 24 hours later I hadn't heard anything, so I called back. Four business days after placing the order they still couldn't give me any info. I cancelled my order. Quikship?

United States | 10 November 2016I order a tone Cartridge from this website like a normal person. I received my product that I ordered on time. I opened it immediately and found the wrong product was shipped to me. I called the Quikship toner company to inform them of the issue. after 2 weeks they are telling all they can do send me a shipping label to return the unused item and then they would refund my money all except the original shipping cost. I could'n believe that this was happening to me. 1. I order the right product 2. Quikship toner sends me the wrong toner. 3. I called quikship within a half hr of me getting if from the UPS to inform them of the issue. 4. 2 weeks later I was emailed a shipping label from quikship to send to wrong product back to the warehouse. 5. I was told that I would receive a full refund but I will not receive a refund on the original shipping. If I had made an error than I could except the shipping charge but it was the companies error so why I being penalized for their mistakes. And for this I will posting a bad review on every site until I good and tired of writing.

United States | 09 November 2016when I placed my order the delivery date was Nov.1, did not receive I inquired on Nov 1, response was it was shipping on Nov 3, did not receive, inquired on Nov 5, no response, just sent another inquiry, website still shows processing. You would think if this was a reputable company they would let you know when they do not meet their own deadlines they would communicate with the purchaser!!!!!!!!

United States | 26 October 2016Like many here, I purchased from Quikship to save money (I work for a skinny non-profit) and what a MISTAKE. I ordered four toner cartridges and when one of them showed bone dry on my indicator and wouldn't print after hardly using it, I called them. And called them. And called them. Their phone number does not work. My next attempt, I started a chat with someone via the website who said I needed to call in order to get help. That person promptly disconnected from the chat. Next I submitted a support ticket and got a response from my request to call me because I could get through on their phone and the reply was that the phones are down and they cannot dial out. My support ticket status was promptly CLOSED. This company has no interest in customer satisfaction or service as is evidenced by their epic lack of responsibility for the products they sell.

United States | 11 October 2016Ordered toner for Lexmark E330 & received wrong toner. no problem! sent it back (had to pay postage). never heard back so called customer service to find out I would not be getting any credit since I opened the package. How would I know it was the wrong toner without opening it to see?? I can't believe they can not repackage the toner. never again

United States | 11 October 2016Placed a order around noon on Saturday OCT 1 paid 66.58 for next day shipping which had the date ( MONDAY OCT 3rd) next to it.. otherwise i would have not paid that much! I have now called three times and tomorrow will be the fourth time to get this fixed!!!! I would not have paid that high of a price for shipping if i wouldnt have had it on the monday it said because it the two cheaper options said ( Tuesday OCT 4th) next to them.. Customer Service people suck! just keep placing you on LONG holds!. I WILL NEVER BE USING THESE RUDE PEOPLE AGAIN!

United States | 27 September 2016I ordered a cartridge from Quikship. The picture showed a Samsung imprint on the toner itself, and the product description said Samsung. What I got was a knock-off. I called and they told me the description said it was "non OEM". I have no idea what that means. I'm assuming most people don't, but apparently it means it's not Samsung. Perhaps I should have read the fine print more closely, but the picture showed a Samsung cartridge, not the knockoff. A few months later the toner ran out. I was being cheap and decided to use them again anyway. My mistake. I used the "reorder this item" feature on their website and received a completely different item. I emailed the customer service rep who told me I was sent the same item, which was a bit infuriating because I have both items in front of me and they are 100% different and have different labels. Well, turns out a 3rd party often ships the item so the person telling me I was wrong did not even check with the company who shipped, and just assumed I was an idiot. I was told I had to ship the toner back, and then once they received it they would send out the correct item, which would set me back getting my toner for 5-10 days after I'd already waited to receive the first (incorrect) item. I called again to bother another representative, who said he would get the 3rd party company to go ahead and send it out, but I didn't hear back from him or the company. So I eventually ordered from another supplier, paid a few dollars more and got a nice brand name Samsung toner cartridge. The company FINALLY refunded me almost a month later, but refuses to refund me for shipping even though they sent me the wrong item. TL;DR: don't do business with this company. Their products are cheap, but their suppliers and CSRs are incompetent and don't care. And the toner runs out way faster than other suppliers.

United States | 24 May 2016Don't buy from QuikShip. Their toner cartridges are faulty. I purchased 4 and have had trouble with 2 of them. I'm almost certain the first one I had to return was sold to me empty. It never worked right. The black cartridge is supposedly good for 6000 copies. I have a personal printer in my office that is not a high usage printer. Within six months, the toner cartridge was not working. It is still showing as half used so there should be many more copies left. They refused to work with me. I will file a complaint with the BBB so others can look up QuikShip's record and not have the poor quality, poor service record I have experienced. I thought I could trust their service because they are a "Google Trusted Store." That's a joke, too. Save your money. There are toner stores out there that have a one-year warranty. QuikShip only offers 6 months because they sell no/low quality products.
