Ordered two laser toner cartridges. When we ran out of toner we put both of them in and neither worked. We called and told them none worked and we needed ink asap. They told us they would overnight them as we had NO ink left. They sent them regular ground and told us we had to pay for overnight. They don't absorb the cost of doing business incorrectly. Stay far away. You have PLENTY of better options. These people are apathetic and don't give a hell about you.

Bought two HP toner cartridges from these people and both were defective, print was very light. They claimed the problem was with my printer! I purchased the correct cartridge direct from HP and the print was perfect. Still haggling with these people to try and get a refund. They're just middle men for other vendors so you can't ever get to the actual seller if there is a dispute. This place is no Amazon lol.

I ordered a product on 06/26/2018 and paid extra to have it delivered by 06/27/18 as advertised in bold red font at checkout. I was automatically charged double - red flag #1. I called customer service right away, a female representative corrected the order instantly, removed the double payment to single payment, and took off the shipping and handling fees as a courtesy for their screw up. I received an email the next day saying that the order was shipped out and would be delivered 06/28/18 instead of 06/27/2018, the date that I originally paid extra money for - red flag #2. I called again, a male representative apologized and said it was shipped out that morning and should be there by the end of 06/28/2018. On 06/28/2018, I received another email that said the order was shipped that morning, NOT the morning before, and would be delivered JULY 03,2018, over a week later - red flag #3. I called them again and spoke to another male representative. At this point, I was almost certain that this was a scam. He looked up the order and said that it was indeed scheduled to be delivered 07/03/2018. He said that there was nothing he can do, and offered to send out another shipment expedited that I would have to pay full price for, again - red flag #4. I was furious at this point and demanded to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor looked up the order and said the original female representative screwed up. I told him I would have never ordered from them if I had known they partake in false, misleading advertising because I could have just as easily purchased it through Amazon and had it within 2 days. I explained that I run a medical office and that I can't print, fax, scan, or copy without the toners and I can't close the office for a week because of their incompetence. He replied that he can send me another shipment overnight but would have to charge me full price - red flag #5. I asked why their website took money for expedited shipping, he said "I DON’T KNOW." SCAM!!!!! Businesses should NOT advertise false, misleading information to consumers and charge them extra for shipping when they do not offer it, and they should NOT post misleading delivery dates and charge over $50 for overnight shipping that they DO NOT offer and then offer to send it overnight only IF the customer pays even more. They mishandled the entire situation and were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their supervisor should be fired, as well as the representatives for incompetence and unprofessionalism. They also should not SCAM customers by charging them DOUBLE or whatever they want and hope that the customers won't notice. They took off the shipping and handling and sent it regular mail - which was ALSO advertised with the same delivery date of 06/27/2018 - as retaliation because I caught their scam and called right away and demanded they return the double charge. Their handling of the case and their business practices are grossly shameful. They should be investigated for fraud.

BUYER BEWARE! Their website states 100% customer satisfaction but does not say it is only for UNopened or defective items. If you rely on this expecting to be able to exchange an incorrect item, you will be sorry. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Lesson Learned. UPDATE: Response from Quikship shows that they did NOT carefully read my complaint. They stated in their response they do not take opened packages back. Duh, how else would I have known what was in it without opening it? All I did was open it, realized it was the wrong item and put it back into box. The biggest issue is that their website does NOT state this caveat. It states 100% satisfaction guaranteed PERIOD! If they will refuse to take back an item because it was an incorrect order which was opened, the website should state that! I specifically ordered from them because of this supposed satisfaction guarantee. Since I wasn't sure which product I needed I thought if it was wrong, I could exchange it because my satisfaction was 100% guaranteed. That is not the case and based upon their response, it still isn't.

DO NOT USE THEM!! I ordered a box of Lexmark ink as advertised. I received two single unboxed cartridges from A THIRD PARTY LIQUIDATOR! Quik ship apparently uses third party vendors to fill their orders. They are not going to refund me either. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE O STARS I WOULD. PLACED AND ORDER TO BE DELIVERED TODAY ONLY TO GET A TRACKING NOTIFICATION THAT THE PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED A WEEK FROM TODAY. SCAM ARTISTS. CHANGE NAME FROM QUIKSHIP TO NO SHIP. HATE THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER USE A AGAIN.

THIS BUYER GOT SUCKERED TOO - I didn't read the reviews. We were out of toner on 3/27 - ordered from these creeps. It's now APRIL 11 -- when I called they just found the order... I asked for overnight shipping ... they SAID IF I PAID for it. SCREW THESE CREEPS.. .they lost the order !!!

Their site is designed to mislead users about the brand of the cartridges that they sell. They leave the brand LD off of their pages and emails. THEN they promise a refund but don't send it. BUYER BEWARE. QUICKSHIP IS PURE EVIL. Cover your rear end.

Ordered part for HP printer. Discovered in confirmation it was OEM not HP. Canceled order immediately and ordered HP part. Sent OEM part despite cancelation. Received email to return in original packaging. Refusing to refund because someone wrote on the box. $156 for part that should not have been sent in the first place. Claimed they sent it in an outer box, which they did not as can be seen from pictures. OK to deface box with quickship shipping label, but not with "writing". They will ship the useless part back to me again for $21 because "I paid for it". Incompetent and terrible customer service. Don't bother calling when QuikShip Toner says they want to sort out the situation. They do not! They put you on hold, and then tell you they're not issuing a refund because the box was written on.

BEWARE! I bought a set of masters for my printer and paid well beyond extra for them to be shipped overnight. They didn't just send the masters for the wrong printer but they were also about 10 days late. I had to call them four times to get anything resolved and then after a while said: "Fine, we'll refund you. We'll email you the info." And hung up. It's been three weeks and haven't gotten that info or that refund. If I call they don't pick up. It was quite a bit of money. And now I have a waste of parts that don't know what to do with.

Not only have I been purchasing toner from this company for many years, I have also recommended them to many companies and hotels. Well, up until the point I needed to send toner back. I ordered toner CF226X, but NHCF225X was sent instead. This toner is larger, and clearly not the right kind. All 3 toners made a clicking noise and would print black lines on the page. When I reported the issue, "quickship" said these toners are compatible and should work, but said because of the clicking it must be a malfunction. Instead of sending a replacement, "quickship" closed the ticket. After it was clear they were not sending a replacement I called again, a ticket was opened again and then closed. By the time I called a 3rd time, their incorrect toner broke the printer. When I did call a 3rd time, they needed information again, which I supplied immediately. And of course I had to keep following up for weeks. On my 6th contact I informed them that this would be my last attempt to correct this with "quickship" directly. They said they would email a return label, but I'm not holding my breath. I'll contact the BBB in a week. They definitely earned to lose my business and any future recommendations.

ARIAH IS HORRIBLE THIS COMPANY. IS GARBAGE. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIPPED THE TONER?! TWO MONTHS LATER WE CONTACT THEM ABOUT THIS. PULL UP THE TRACKING SHOWS IT HASNT LEFT THE BUILDING. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. AFTER THIS DEBACLE ALL THEY DO IS OFFER TO SEND THE ITEM. AS IF IT WAS EVER EVEN SENT. SO THEN ONCE WE RECEIVE THE TONER IT ENDS UP NOT BEING COMPATIBLE WITH OUR MODEL THAT WAS PROVIDED. IT ISNT EVEN CLOSE TO MATCHING . THE TONER IS LIKE FITTING A SQUARE PEG INTO A ROUND HOLD. THEY INSIST ON SAYING ITS THE RIGHT MODEL OR BEING IN BETWEEN WORDS AND NOT KNOWING WHAT TO SAY. PROMISED CALL BACK NEVER RETURNED. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG POS

Worst ever customer service. I’ve tried to return an unopened printer head but keep getting the run around. It’s been over a month. Totally unexceptable. Should be an easy transaction to send back and credit my card. They are terrible and reviews I’ve seen support that. I’ll get some half response about contacting them and how they wii try to resolve this. Hey. You could have done that the first time.

was about to place order for 4 laser toners. Estimated arrival date was in 2 days and they specified the date. I chatted to ensure it would ship from a warehouse in the next state to ensure i would indeed get it in two days, and chat person was honest enough to say it takes 3-5 days to PROCESS the order. That means they would not have even shipped until 1-3 days AFTER the estimated ARRIVAL date!! Website lies, but chat person was honest. I bought from another website.

The website shows the OEM product on the top of the page and then lists non OEM products below which is confusing as the disclaimer is very small and you think you are getting an OEM product. I called customer service and they said too bad they shipped out what I requested. I could return it, but I would need to pay shipping back and I'm not sure that they will refund the original shipping charge of $6.95. This feels totally like a scam to get you to accidentally order non OEM products.

Ordered an imaging unit for a Xerox 7760 printer. They sent a unit for a 7750, not a 7760. When I called to tell them, they said they could not take it back because I opened it. How am I supposed to know it is the wrong one without opening it?! RIPOFF! Do not do business with this company!!!!!

I agreed to pay ~$18 for tonerand was quoted this price throughout the entire process then was unknowingly charged ~$60 when I clicked to buy. I tried to cancel right away but because I ordered during non business hours I was too late. When calling the next day I was told to just refuse the order and I would've refunded,which I did. Only problem was that the rep didn't tell me I would only be refunded the ~$18...I would have just kept the damn thing if I had known that, instead I payed ~$40 for absolutely nothing...should have just payed full retail at a known company...

Placed order May 4th at the end of day for next day delivery. After order was placed, called their 1800 number to make sure my order will go out that night. The woman on the phone said yes and that I would receive tracking email shortly. Checked next day I didn't get email. Called and they said it did go out and they will send tracking. Still didn't get it so called again and they said it might or might not have went out and that I would have to wait until I get it in. I ended up getting it May 8th. Called to get a refund for overnight shipping ($78), and they fought me on in saying I placed the order after hours. I contended saying I called after I placed the order and they said it has been picked and will indeed ship out that night. In the end they have me a refund for half of the shipping and didn't even apologize. Terrible customer service and does not know how to rectify situations to keep customers.
