We are a printing business and ordered some toner for one of our production machines. QuikShip Toner sent us the wrong part number, acknowledged they sent the wrong toner, told us they would email us return labels, and then NOTHING! Nothing for weeks! Nothing after contacting them multiple times about the order! This has been about 6 months ago and still NOTHING! Finally had to open up their cartridges and transfer toner into compatible cartridges just to get my use out of the $500 worth of toner I had ordered from them. Will never do business with them again!

Worst customer service ever. They charged my card after I had cancelled the order, and require payment to return the products which were cancelled already. Unwilling to help in any way for the inconvenience, or refund for the shipping to return the order which was already cancelled. Would not suggest buying from them ever. We will certainly not.

I have been trying to get a refund for a defective OEM part for my printer, that is still under warranty. Was told it would take 24-48 hours for the refund instructions to get to me. I asked if there was another way since it is a business printer and needed it up and running asap. was told I could order another one and get refunded for the original one. I have spoke to 4 pleasant people who have done nothing after 1 week. I just saw the vendor's response. For the record I called them today and they blew me off. I am having my cc company withdrawing the payment. They won't let me return the item.

If I could rate them lower I would. I have just had my SIXTH contact with them trying to get the refund that each very pleasant person, in previous chats and calls, assured me it was issued and was about to happen. It has been more than a month. I have spent many hours, in part because it can take 45 minutes (apparently they are *always* experiencing unusually heavy call volume!) to just reach someone. And then get put on "brief" holds that are not brief, multiple times while they confer with their supervisor. The chats do begin more quickly, but have not been any more effective. I ordered four ink cartridges, after failing to notice the teeny tiny print that said they were not name brand. Two arrived and did not work. The other two never arrived. After multiple attempts, I succeeded in getting a refund for the 2 defective cartridges, but they had to do something for me to get the refund for the remaining two. Weeks later, they have not managed to do what needed to be done. Believe it or not, that is the short version of the story. Today (6/19/2020) I am told I have been issued a refund, over a month after starting this with them. It isn't in my PayPal account, but it was just issued yesterday, so hopefully it will happen. Today, I insisted on talking with a supervisor and after being told I would receive a call back "today," finally got someone to talk to now. To his credit, I think he heard me - yes, I was frustrated, but I was also just trying to give feedback about how dysfunctional their business is and how absolutely atrocious their customer service has been. If you choose to try them, I hope your experience will be better than mine!! I have never written an online review before. I would never have thought to look for one before ordering from them. P.S. I subsequently ordered from Canon. The price was only a little bit more. They arrived quickly and worked. I have been working from home because of the pandemic. I just needed a functioning printer. I did not have this time to waste!! UPDATE, NEXT DAY - Still no refund in PayPal. Then I realized I have *never* had this kind of delay with PayPal in the many years I have used it. So I looked up the transaction ID QuikShip gave me. It turns out that is the transaction ID for the refund posted to PayPal for the first two of the four cartridges on *May 28th*!! I sent an email to the only customer service rep who gave me her email address (but, by the way, did not respond when I wrote her to say I had not received the refund within 2-3 days, as promised). I am not optimistic she will respond, but I asked her to forward it to the "lead" person I spoke with yesterday on the phone and plan to call him on Monday (today is Saturday). Trustpilot should really start a system of minus stars (-1 to -5), so I could rate this company more accurately!! 6-22-2020 - The saga that began on May 16th is finally over. The lead person responded to my email and he had arranged to have the remainder of my refund posted to PayPal. They should add up the time and money spent by/on their people to get absoutely nothing accomplished about what should have been a simple refund. In the end, the lead guy spoke to accounting and the refund happened immediately, demonstrating how quick and simple this all could have been.

I placed an order for my photo printer and never received email with my order number, a receipt or even a tracking number. I have absolutely no info about my order and can't even check their site for my purchase. I wouldn't even give them a star in this matter.

Don't waste your time or money with this firm. Order a new transfer belt from these folks since my local repair shop is shut down due to the Covid-19 pandemic, was quoted delivery by Monday 5/18/20. It is now 5/22/20 and they still cannot seem to get any kind of response from their "drop shipper" in Georgia. I have had to order from another company in order to get my printer back up and running. After 4 phone calls, they seem to just be giving me the runaround. According to the customer service reps, they have no way to actually call their drop shippers, they can only instant messenger the person who entered the order into the system and wait for them to respond? No respectable company operates in this way. Stay away from this place.

These guys don't deserve a star. Beware on this company. They shipped prinker ink that was 15 months expired. Email and phone call responses less than timely. They took 4 weeks to credit my account but did not credit shipping plus some of the sales tax. I had to travel to the local FEDEX office to return their expired product and then purchase a shipping container for the return of their expired product. TERRIBLE DOES NOT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THIS EXPERIENCE!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will send you the wrong product, then refuse to send you instructions for obtaining a refund. It won't matter how many times you call them. They will delay, delay, delay hoping that you will just swallow the loss of money.

Wow, this is blowing my mind with these bad reviews. If I would've seen them first, I would have never ordered with them. I needed a part for my Samsung. Amazon was more expensive, so googled the part and this company came up. Part was cheaper. I received in the time they said I would receive. Part was exactly what I needed and I was up and running. I will definitely order from them again when I need a part.

Ordered a set of Xerox inks (CMYK & Black). Yellow defective. Spoke with Customer service (which is a joke). She offered to replace it but it wouldn't arrive for about 1 week. When I explained that it means I'm unable to use my printer for that week she offered nothing other than "Would you like me to put in the order?" We asked to just refund the yellow and we'll purchase somewhere else she said we'd have to pay to ship back the defective item ourselves. So I'm forced to pay to get my money back for a defective item they shipped and cannot or will not replace for almost 1 week. Shop Amazon it's far easier.

Do your self a favor and do not order from these people. They are disorganized and truly dont care about customer service. I ordered 3 items, 2 showed up after getting confirmation that all 3 had shipped. Called them and was told, "Sorry the warehouse was out of stock but another warehouse has it and we can ship it out. Thanks but no thanks.

We have used this company for our business for years & had acceptable service. The last 6 months have been horrible. We don't know when our orders will arrive. We will have to stop using this company. When you call the customer service line you get a voicemail? What? Nobody answers a chat. Is this company shutting it's doors?

Terrible! They sent me a different cartridge than what I ordered but assured me it should work. To begin the process, I had to go to the printers location, unplug it for 2 minutes, take out their toner cartridge, take a picture of their cartridge and send that picture back to them with the serial numbers off the printer. I thought it was ridiculous that I had to jump through all those hoops when they admitted to sending me a cartridge different from what I ordered. Then came the refund process. They did not want me to send the cartridge back, but it took alot of time to get the refund. Then they refused to refund the shipping charges. I have asked repeatedly for where this information is told to customer and where I agreed that shipping is never refunded. They will not answer that. Then they agreed to refund 1/2 of my shipping. I then reminded them that I am an attorney and they have agreed as a one time courtesy to refund all my money---we'll see. Bottomline: they did not ship what I ordered so why should I have to pay anything??? I have complained to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM- EVER!!!!!

Ordered toner from them. Was promised next day delivery and paid extra to ensure next day deliver. Item didn't ship until next business day AM. Delivery date is the following week... Called customer unsupport and was unsurprisingly given very little help, or a solution aside from refuse the shipment and we will refund. Truly terrible. One of the worst experiences with any online seller I can recall. There are a million places to order toner online, I regret choosing this one. QuikShiToner.

Bad service they don't care about the warranty and quality is not as expected. Also sent wrong order. I manage a project management office and I'm not sure to order anything else with this supplier. They also replay with an apologize and offer a solution but the solution is to forget the old purchase and buy another toner with us. So this seller love playing with customers

If I could rate the company 0 stars I would. I placed an order and it was quickly shipped but they sent the wrong items. We opened the package and discovered what was sent was not what we ordered and they would not refund the money for their error. They told me the cartridges should be compatible despite the fact they were not what was ordered.

Their ads are very misleading. Why in the hell would I buy a toner cartridge for $150.00 when the printer itself is $50 Cheaper?! *** I'll expect the same reply as 252 other people received*** **************************** see below**************************** We sincerely apologize for the trouble and inconvenience! My fault, I should've read the reviews. I was in a hurry and my new toner wasn't available where I normally purchase. So I paid for express delivery expecting it to come from a warehouse near me, but nope, shipped from CA!! Customer service is a joke, this company is a joke! I work with a small non profit community center and was looking for a quick ship, the company should really change their name.

Never buy item form this store. I didn't get my order over half month even I track the order almost everyday. The customer service does tell u that they shipped the item but actually not. After half month, CS said the order will be shipped by "fairly fast" delivery after I complained lots everyday. You have to prepare you couldn't get the order within half month if you don't like to track,call, supervise, and emails for pushing the delivery everyday .

March 7, 2019 7:25 PM Thank you, Mary Jane, yet I need to be refunded for the full package of toners I purchased ($136.92), because they are still unopened and your toner was what caused my printer to stop working. A quick Google search shows the value of my Dell 5110cn to be between $140 to 599. I have three presentations next week (leaving my office Tuesday) and don't want to be researching/buying a printer right now. Dell said it would be $170 for a visit by a technician and it's not worth it by the time you factor in parts and labor. You can send us a working replacement printer so that I can continue working, or refund us for all the toners and the minimum amount for the damaged printer of $337. If not, please do share with me your CEO's name, email address and contact information to share the details of this customer experience and I will follow-up directly with him to better explain the situation.
