On a recent trip to Bents we discovered some of the summer furniture on sale, in fact 50% discount! We saw a fantastic corner couch which was reduced from £1500 to £750 with free delivery from Warrington to Bolton! Sales staff were lovely and informative. Went home to check space and ordered online. Easy peasy!

The garden swing seat is lovely. Nice quality, exactly as advertised. It was delivered well within the stated timeframe. Arrived home to find it on the patio - fully assembled at no extra cost, which was a very welcome surprise.

I ordered two outdoor floor lamps and two sets of matching and unusual string lights. . Very competitively priced compared to my local garden centre prices. Really pleased. Can’t wait to use them. Ordering and delivery spot on. Thank you.

Once ordered and details given most things went smoothly to the point of delivery. Prior to day of delivery I was kept informed but it meant only ‘day of delivery’ which would mean I wouldn’t know when during the day it would be delivered. I phoned Brent’s Garden centre and asked if they could let me know within a few hours when I would expect delivery. The helpful lady offered to phone the drivers to explain my requirements. The drivers were a little late due to traffic so I rang again to follow the same procedure. When the helpful lady rang back she reminded me that it was a whole day delivery notice not a specific time allocated delivery and that they were not expected to do that! I knew this but because I am a farmer (needing to feed and check livestock on a hot day) meant being away from the delivery point ie house I felt the need for a more specific time. My only minor comment would be to inform customers of an allocated rough time say am or pm. I think this would give enough scope for both ends and save someone like myself waiting around potentially all day! I am sure this small point would suit every customer and certainly make life easier for delivery personnel and businesses. What happens if no one is available to receive their goods? Do they get returned to depo for another day meaning wasted time, doubling up on deliveries etc! In which case, everyone benefits from knowing by giving more specific time slots. I don’t think I am being unreasonable by making this comment! The drivers arrived very apologetic for traffic problems which I fully understand and delivered my goods safely. Thank you Brent’s for a lovely set of garden furniture.
