Quick and efficient

So decided to call in to Bents after a previously poor experience had been resolved. We decided everyone should get a second chance. 3 Luxury milkshakes and a coffee was the order. 20 minutes after our order the drinks came. Well let me just say the service when they where put on the table without a word was only the beginning, there was more on the outside of the glass than the inside. Luxury? They need to rethink the name. What felt like nesquick squirty cream and some second rate jellybeans where on the inside whilst hundreds and thousands and syrup was splattersed all over the outside of the glass and plate they came on. £28 is just not ok to charge for something you call luxury and look like they have been fired into a glass with a water pistol. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. We are done with this shop sadly

Great price on bbq, could be a bit better communication and maybe tracking on deliveries but that’s down the the 3rd party company. Can’t fault bents at all.

Went because we had seen an item of jewellery there for present , had a cup of tea and a scone in the cafe,so far all as usual and good, came out through the food hall and saw a whole liver sausage on the delicatessen counter, 69p per 100gm , so a 1kg liver sausage would cost £6-90 ? You would think but no, put it on the scales and £8-28! I pointed out that 1kg is 10 100gm portions so 10 x 69p is £6-90 but to no avail, it says £8-28, why? Because it’s got the wrong price marked on the shelf and I can’t do anything about it.Logic then says that if the “new” price is £7-99kg then 1kg is £7-99 ? Wrong the 1kg sausage has metal crimps on the ends so when it’s put on the scales I was then charged the going rate which brought the bill to £8-28 ! I’m still enjoying the taste but it is slightly affected by a bitter aftertaste of being taken advantage of.

I have bought most of my plants from bents in the past but now as i am house bound & cannot go shopping in stores Bents deliver .Very good

Very lovely bracelet and quick service

Ordered nespresso coffee machine cleaners on 10th and supposedly next day or so delivery. Not received yet ! Very bad service ! Have ordered more now so hopefully will come as promised.
