Accidentally smashed my other half's best Dartington beer glass and needed to replace it. Had never heard of Bents before so I was a bit dubious as they were offering the glass for a very good price, but it's the correct glass, it was well packaged and delivered really quickly - I will definitely use them again (although I sincerely hope the same situation doesn't arise)!

We bought these Bramble crest covers from Bents as they were £100 cheaper than anywhere else where we had looked, which was every single garden centre and department stores around us. Easy to order and Perfect customer service from them, they e/mailed us throughout the process with delivery updates right to my door. Great service

We were sold a parasol that almost killed our two year old and cracked our patio. Bents concluded that they couldn’t possibly be at fault without even inspecting it. They dismissed the complaint within 24 hours and then went to the supplier after I escalated it, looked at some safety certificates from the supplier and concluded again it couldn’t be at fault. They have asked no questions and made no attempt to look at the item. I’m disgusted at their lack of regard and it’s only a matter of time before someone gets seriously injured by this product. They claim it was gusty wind that caused the issue, no other outdoor item moved when we were outside using it. If it’s not able to resist even the slightest bit of wind then no one should be using it.

We were in your garden centre and noticed a lot of diff thing so ordered a patio heater on line
