Fast delivery and carried stock no one else had. Great company to deal with, even sent us a small gift!

Ordered on line for 2 separate events. Had to ring to get confirmation for the first, no email confirmation had been actioned. Same happened with 2event. Eventually got three. Staff were always very friendly and polite and sorted it right away. Bents need to address their tech issues.

Straightforward ordering speedy delivery value for money and wide range

Really poor service in the restaurant. Not all meals arrived and we waited over an hour for 3 out of the 7. When we approached staff it took another two members to actually fix the situation. We had been told that we ordered wrong! We were never offered so much as an apology, good will gesture or refund. The lady that asked us what happened was rude and very frustrated at us that they had made a mistake at the till with the order even though she specifically said it was an error on the till. It felt like it was fixed but very reluctantly. We had 4 very well behaved primary aged children waiting to eat and play outside on the park. It’s not like they were running a muck around the restaurant. It was very expensive for what it was and I would definitely not recommend!!

My daughter has been after this for a long time. I rang bents as it wasn’t showing online and they had 1 left in the warehouse I bought but haven’t set it up as it’s a Christmas present solar power mill water feature

Well what a great way to spend your birthday.. Sat in a pod for an afternoon tea.. me and my bestie treated ourselves (both birthdays next to each other) and weren't disappointed. From the minute we got to our pod Parvez was great, so helpful and kind. Food was excellent great quality sandwiches and lush cakes... Parvez remembered that we have visited Bents before (well nearly every week). Great afternoon and great surroundings. Bents thank you for an amazing time

Wow how impressed l was ordered a Rose Bush and two days later it arrived in well packed box and pot amazed now this company on my lst to go to in future

The rose was delivered in a couple of days from me ordering. Packed well and most importantly the rose is of excellent quality, which is what I would have expected from Bents. It is a present for my Mum and I am going to order one for myself!!

The rose I ordered arrived safely, in pretty good condition. There were one or two broken pieces but I hadn’t expected flowers or buds so was pleasantly surprised. Very happy with my purchase and the service.

As I could not get to Bent's, I ordered a food gift card online on Thursday evening, had a reply accepting my order then an email Friday confirming it had been posted first class, registered delivery, didn't receive it on the Saturday, but received on the Monday, still in good time for a gift that I needed for a friend, easy to order, and updated by email, great service and would definitely order again if I couldn't personally get to the store to shop.
