Excellent service, They managed to fit me an earlier delivery slot in because I was unable to take delivery on the original delivery slots available. Brilliant as expected. The driver was great too.

Fast delivery

Visited twice this last week both times for something to eat. First time was soup and a sandwich, first time since lockdown, only to find that the prices were astronomical and the premium for a prawn sandwich was ridiculous making it nearly twenty pounds per person. The food was also average with the soup being salty and tasteless. Everything just seemed to lack that edge it used to have. The second time was for breakfast. Getting served took an age with a lot of the staff just standing around talking. Almost finished our drinks before the food arrived. Again the food was not to Bents previous standard and was only average. Sorry to say that it has become overpriced for the quality of food served so will be going elsewhere in future

Ordering process very straight-forward and I was kept up to date on delivery. Need to punch through some drainage holes before use but that is not a big deal. Looks like a good, flexible system.

I bought this outdoor clock for my sister as a Birthday present August 2022 as she is a keen gardener. She was delighted! It’s looks really good on her garden shed. As she doesn’t wear a watch she said it would be great to see the time and temperature.

I purchased a patio dining set. The supremo Turin. Whilst I was looking at the furniture the staff were about but not "in my face" When I did ask for help the lady was extremely helpful & pleasant. I wanted to pay in 3 instalments which she clearly explained you could have that option of 3 payments online sales. Ordering online was quick and easy. There was an option to pay in 3 instalments at no extra cost. After ordering I received an email from Jane at Bents asking to call to araage a delivery date. When i called Jane organised a date a week later which was convenient for me. Again she was extremely pleasant advising that the delivery is usually between 10.30-6pm but if I telephoned on the day they could give me a better time frame once the drivers had planned their routes . On The morning of the delivery date, before I had time to call the set was delivered which I was happy about. The 2 men again friendly smiley people put the boxes where I needed them. The sofas were already set up just had to build the table which took at the most 10mins with 2 people but probably could have managed on my own. We could not find one of the large cushions and telephoned the number I was given for Bents spoke to a very helpful man called adam who immediately said how sorry he was and before he did any further first suggested we look under the sofa as the packers sometimes push the long cushions up under it. Yes to our delight it was there. The furniture is sturdy but light enough to be able to move if needed. It is very comfortable and the table is at a good height if sat having a meal at. It looks very stylish and transforms our decking area. We are over the moon with the set. Just waiting for the heat wave to return or at least for the rain to stop, so I can enjoy relaxing on the dining set Thanks to Bent for the exceptional customer service.

First visit today 29 July 22 and was surprised at the variety of what was on offer, from food and household goods to pet stuff and children’s clothes and entertainment. Oh yes, there was a great variety of indoor and outdoor plants on offer. Definitely worth a visit.

I bought the Afternoon Tea for 2 vouchers as a birthday present. My sister and niece thoroughly enjoyed the tea. They could not finish all the cakes and were given them in a box to take home. I would definitely buy vouchers again. I may even pop by for tea myself.
