We ordered on-line and were very quickly advised that our order was ready for collection. The notification gave explicit instructions and directions to the pick up point. Our order was brought directly to our car and the whole process was very efficient.

Staff go out of their way to be helpful and are knowledgeable about the plants. Plants are much better quality than other garden centres.

First time with our 13 week old mini Schnauzer puppy Pepe - she had a lovely time and we had a nice relaxing latte and sausage butty whilst we watched. Friendly helpful staff, and we found it all very easy and well organised, great for puppy socialising.

Bents is a really great place to visit, they have huge selection of plants & home items, though I must say the restaurant is a bit chaotic, not organised at all, very disappointing we had to queue up for over 1/2 hour just for a sandwich & a bowl of soup. Lots of people milling around, not sure where to go & nobody around to direct them, very slow service. Will probably give the restaurant a miss next time.

Afternoon tea My wife and I booked for the afternoon tea, it was very easy to do, upon arrival we were shown to our table which had a personalised welcome. Staff waiting on us were very pleasant, courteous and efficient. The food was delicious and plentiful various sandwiches, savoury tarts, scones with jam cream and strawberries, a selection of lovely cakes and choice of tea or coffee with refills as wanted, all excellent.

Bought a double hanging egg chair as saw my daughter's who also bought one from Bents. Great price and good communications. Phoned on morning of delivery and was given an ETA but was delivered sooner. Delivery guys were very nice and helpful. Great garden centre to buy from.

Really good the items included in the sale and excellent reductions recommend a visit in store or on line .
