As soon as my order was placed, I received a phone call very shortly afterwards regarding a delivery date. The driver on the day contacted me with delivery time. Excellent service provided.

Lovely product, good communication. Delivery was pretty straightforward though had to wait for second man to arrive as too big for one person.

I recently purchased a Bramblecrest Blenheim corner sofa set and was told that a local courier handled most of their deliveries. On the delivery day two vans pulled up and two men began to unload my furniture. Two smaller boxes were carried through my garden gate and left in the back garden. This left an extremely large box containing both sofa units and all the cushions. The delivery men carried this up the path quite easily as it was bulky rather than heavy. They stoped by the gate saying"No way will this fit through there"......"It will need to be unpacked and taken through piece by piece" That seemed reasonable I thought as they walked back towards their vans, assuming they were going to get something to open the box. To my amazement they got in their vehicles and drove off...leaving this huge box on my driveway. I should point out that my wife and I are pensioners and I have mobility issues...so moving this furniture was out of the question. Luckily my son and his wife came and emptied the box for us. This is not the level of customer service that one expects after spending over £1500! This really took the shine off what shoud have been an enjoyable experience. Would I order from them again?........not if it involved local delivery.

Bought some garden furniture on line. Received a phone call to tell us when it would be delivered and a phone call on delivery day from the driver when he was five minutes away. A very good experience and we are very pleased with the furniture. Always receive a brilliant service from Bents.

We were able to order solar lighting easily and it was delivered very quickly. One of the stake lights had broken but this was replaced very quickly. Fantastic customer support from the online team on this but have suggested that improvements could be made to the packaging. We are extremely pleased with the impact the lighting has made to our garden

Intended to buy just the one rose but their offer of 2 for £25 was too good to miss. Delivery was fast and were sent in separate boxes and nicely packaged without being overly packaged, and they arrived in good condition. 5 year guarantee a bonus.

To be honest we had never heard of Bents ,my wife had done an internet search and found a water feature she liked so although a costly purchase we bit the bullet and ordered it up . I must say the service has been magnificent the product came 2 days later and we were informed of progress daily.the delivery driver rang 1 hour prior to delivery as promised to make sure someone was in and the package was offloaded with care. Top service for sure. We opted for a solar pump on the water feature and I was sceptical that this would be of much use , I needn’t have been worried it is more powerful than the mains option on my pond , I really cannot believe how great this unit is, it has ran all day on full power without issue , it has to be said we are experiencing some lovely weather which is helping but I am sure it will perform even on cloudier days we can always reduce the power output to compensate and I’m sure this would still be ample to give a nice effect on the water feature . Absolutely top water feature , amazing solar pump , great company to deal with . I couldn’t be happier and would certainly recommend this company to all . Thank you Bents

Well priced. Helpful. Efficient service. An incredible Bramblecrest Truro 3 m cantilever umbrella. Already don't know how we lived without it. Wanted for years, just wasn't ready to spend £699 or £650, whatever it is. Neighbour helped hubby and I put it up. They made a special free delivery, all the way to London. Delivery chap very nice and efficient. Looks great, most importantly, helps you stay shaded.

We found a garden furniture set that we liked. Upon doing some research, we stumbled across Bents. Best thing we could have done! Furniture was a good price and online ordering was easy. Arranged a mutually convenient delivery day over the telephone. Delivery came as requested. Boxes all brought round to the garden by the drivers. Great service all round. Thank you.

We have been buying from Bents since 1970 (yes, we are extremely old!) when they had just open planting and a small potting shed! They have never let us down. Any problems were soon rectified by them. No exception this time. We ordered some large pots and they were ready collect the next day. They deserve all the success they now have.

I have been visiting Bent's since I was 3 years old. My Granddad used to take me to Bent's Roses where the shop was a wooden hut and behind that were around 3 fields of roses.
