Such a shame regarding my rose order. Delivered promptly but the rose was tipped completely sideways at the bottom of the box with all the soil tipped out and the branches broken. In my view the box was too large for the small rose and was insecure inside the box. Perhaps it was mishandled also by the courier company, Have now removed broken branches and planted what was left of it in the garden.

Prompt service , good value and lovely jubilee cup and saucer . It arrived in good condition sad there was not a presentation box as it was a gift . Bubble wrap is not the same .

Really happy with the product and delivered within the estimated period. The package was well wrapped and protected. However a warning that the delivery was on a large articulated lorry and kerbside only would have been helpful, as I am disabled. Fortunately the driver helped my wife to carry the item, which was heavy, to our property.

Good roses, delivered promptly but you may need to rethink the packaging. All 4 roses that I ordered, delivered to 3 addresses, had come out of their pots due to rough handling by dad but also a box that was far too big. They seem to be recovering!
