Maggie from Customer Service was amazing! I had attempted to file a claim with the virtual assistant, Javier and was unsuccessful. I needed a live customer service rep to guide me through the process of filing a claim and also get a medical record of my pet, Bear along with the Veterinary invoice . Maggie guided me personally through the entire process.
