So far I have only paid the policy, I have not used the insurance, (Fortunately my dog is healthy) when I have had to do routine blood tests on my dog, or vaccinations and deworming, it has never been “anything covered by the insurance”, because to include annual vaccinations is a much higher fee.. And I really feel it is expensive. I'm not sure I can afford it anymore.

Terrible insurance, they ask for receipts and documents from the clinic when they deliver it, they say that it is not enough, they need writings from the vet explaining everything that was done to the dog. Don't make the same mistake I made, don't say I didn't warn you, don't use Kanguro insurance.

Yo había buscado en Varios seguros y este fue el único que se tomó el tiempo de llamarme y darme una atención personalizada, Bryan Gomez un chico super agradable me explico todo sobres las cobertura y cual me convenía más según mi presupuesto, realmente me sentí super bien atendida, luego una vez completada la póliza me transfirió la llamada con una chica super amable llamada Vanesa Suarez quien me explico todo sobre la app, realmente quedé muy contenta con la atención brindada, muchas gracias a los dos!

Ellos te venden un plan diciendo que cubre limpieza dental, 3 vacunas anuales y demás y que no importa el lugar a donde vayas. Luego te das cuenta que no cubre ni el 50% de lo que cuestan los procedimientos siendo el precio más económico que encontré. Publicidad falsa!

Aunque en un comienzo no procesaron bien mi último reclamo, volvieron a revisaron mi caso y documentos y me pudieron reembolsar. Es bueno saber que me escucharon y que revisar, algunas empresas no hacen eso. Su servicio al cliente es rápido, algo que resalto.

La aplicación funciona al máximo gracias a kanguro mi mascota hachi esta cubierto y muy rápido el reembolso! Se los recomiendo. Padres perrunos aseguren a su mascota con kanguro

The efficiency of the system is commendable and greatly appreciated. However, I would like to suggest an enhancement to the claims submission process. Providing an option to submit claims via computer would be a significant improvement. It would offer greater convenience and accessibility, allowing for a more user-friendly experience.
