I'm kinda new but when my ruby girl was hurt and scared I was relieved that I had kanguro I knew we'd be OK. She has her cast off and the reimbursement assistant made it so easy for me and everyone is so helpful and genuinely cared how my ruby was doing. I love them and will be getting all my crew this coverage.

Hola ya hice un comentario voy para otro mi perrito tenía una enfermedad y le puse el seguro como es lógico cuando lo traje a la Clinica y les mande el bill no me quisieron pagar ni un centavo porque ellos dicen que el seguro tienes que activarlo antes de que el cachorro tenga ninguna enfermedad al final lo unico que hicieron fue devolverme 15:95 más 54:10 por zelles que falta de respeto se supone que que el seguro te lo cubra porque entonces las personas con enfermedades no les cubren porque ya tenían esa enfermedad pregunte antes de comprar un seguro para su mascota

Had to change our new pups name and called the Support team. I thought it would be a long and drawn out process before the issue was fixed but the woman on the phone was so quick and helpful. I wish I would have remembered her name but thank you!

La cobertura, los reembolsos y la asistencia online de los representantes de Kanguro han facilitado la atencion de mi perro cuando lo he necesitado. Adicionalmente, el costo de la póliza ha sido considerablemente menor que los demás.

Por favor no usen esta compañia, pedi una cotizacion para mi mascota, el representante llamado juan prada, me dio un precio por la cobertura! Y me quedo de enviar la cotización a mi correo! Y nunca llego? Le pido la cotizacion de nuevo y me inciuye un gasto del cual nunca el me habia explicado? No es de confiar eata compañía
