Didn't get back 90% they star 90 a then 80 and now 60% my insurance gro up as well my deductible. Didn't let me know. Every year will increase. I'm sad about everything they said. But Didn't do everything are lies. Nice service but it's all. Not recommended this insurance

The rates and services are good. I haven't filed a claim yet to say how that process goes. Customer service was fast and clear on fixing my issue with uploading my pups records. The app is bad. Constant crashing, would not let me upload a picture of my dog or her Medical records. Get rid of the AI and get a real Dev to fix the app.
