The Customer service once you are able to reach an agent is very good. Although as a new customer, I was only able to speak to a live agent in Spanish, never in English. Thankfully, I am bilingual. Also, the online app I find very unsatisfactory. It always seems to be down, have trouble uploading my documents and other glitches. The online app really has to be revamped and updated.

The app doesn’t ever let you make any claims there app is always having issues I’m always have to call and make a claim. And my reimbursement is always delayed every time.
