The representative I spoke with was very friendly and caring, but she was not able to give me a definite answer on what will happen with my claim. PetLand told me the insurance started the next day and my puppy had an accident and now we are unsure if it’ll even be covered because I got a notification that I had to wait 14 days.

Super easy claims process. Super fast reimbursement. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I was never informed or received an alert that the claim had been processed, nor what the amount of reimbursement was, nor any explanation for the amount. Had I not logged in to my bank account I would not have even known that you guys processes it. Other than that, great all around. Thanks
