I had bought a new car and the agent called me the next morning to ask me if I authorized a vehicle change to my policy. He said he would take care of switching the cars on the policy and emailed proof of insurance coverage right away.

Our agent makes too many mistakes and causes us to have to spend too much time on the phone trying to correct her mistakes. This has caused us to to explore other options and possibly change carriers. It’s not worth the stress!!

My premium was increased above my vehicle value and they refused to adjust it. So I closed the entire account, I felt robbed/scammed. After having 3 agents over rated premium and poor customer service. I would never recommend this company to any small businesses.
