Wetsfield did well until it was routed to the total loss department which took 6 weeks to settle a very clear uncomplicated claim. Judy & Angela with Blue Ridge were great! Natalie & Lynn with Westfield did everything in their power to expedite the claim. The Westfield total loss division was the problematic department, but once Kelly was assigned it was settled quickly
