I had my first appt yesterday at the Glasgow Clinic with Cherie, absolutely Superb professional ,with a wonderful personality..she was able to answer all my questions before the procedure... I would highly recommend Vivo Clinic to anyone,I had a query last week regarding my appt yesterday, and the staff per phone, are so so helpful, will definitely use again..

Cherie at the Glasgow clinic is so lovely, very well informed and explained every step of my HIFU face, neck and chest treatment, making the process as comfortable as she possibly could. Looking forward to my next visit for Cryolipolysis :)

I booked for a bank holiday as they assured me that they would be open, they then cancelled the appointment because "the clinic is closed on bank holidays". When I was finally able to reschedule the appointment, the clinic looked awful. The machinery used for cryolipolysis is ancient and would cover only a tiny area. The area treated looks exactly as before. I tried cryolipolysis somewhere else and I was impressed with the results, I'm disappointed to see that vivoclinic is not up to standards. Stay away and save your money, I spent 500€ for nothing.

This is the second time I have had this treatment at the Vivo Leeds clinic. It’s conveniently located inside Leeds railway station and Anu, the therapist is friendly and helpful, answering any questions and explaining the procedures fully. Recommended.

Anu is an amazing person and beautician. She will explain the whole procedure youre about to undertake and the after care treatments. Appointments are easy to book and they will work hard to find a time that suits you. HIFU gave us amazing results the first time and that’s why we booked again today with Vivo. Highly recommended

I visited the Birmingham VIVO clinic approximately four weeks ago for a full works Hifu treatment. Rosetta made me feel very welcome and comfortable through the whole treatment. I have already started to see my face lifting and tightening and i still have two months to go until I see the full result. I'm looking forward to my next treatment with Rosetta 😊

Total rip off, bought wowcher for non surgical Blepharoplsty for £59.00 I emailed the and explained I had my bleps surgical improved 8 years ago, I was asked to email a photo without make up on and was told I was suitable for the procedure. I got a call from what sounded like a call centre to book me in. During this SALES call they tried to get me to upgrade for an extra £100 , which I declined I told them again I'd had my bleps done surgery 8 yrs ago, I was then put on hold and told I wasn't suitable for the procedure. There wasn't a problem until I declined the upgrade. Trying to get my refund from Wowcher now. VIVO IS A RIP OFF, I would never buy a voucher for this company again! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Anu has been amazing. She explained the treatment opinion I required properly and assisted me with all the relevant details. My fat freezing results has been amazing. I have seen a difference and I recommend it.

Very happy with my experience at Vivo Clinic Birmingham today, had the Cryo 360 with Charlotte who was amazing she explained everything so well I felt assured and so comfortable. The treatment was pain free and quick.

Vicky in Liverpool was great and completely put me at ease. She seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and succinctly. The treatment itself was painless and straightforward. Now awaiting the results... Update 01/07/2023. So when I initially booked and paid for the sessions, I kept getting emails to say I'd booked, but needed to pay. I rang the company who advised they had teething problems with a new booking system, but the treatment was indeed paid for. I had 3 sessions in total, and lost fat from the areas treated. Due to the fact the melted fat was from stubborn areas, I am inclined to believe it was due to the treatment rather than because I've increased my exercise and altered my eating habits. On a side note I have dropped 2 stars because I find the admin side of the company to be very poor. Firstly I get a call whilst in work. As unable to answer I then received an email stating my treatment centre was closing on 8th July, and I needed to book at a different site for the remaining sessions. When I contacted them, I was asked to rebook sessions 30 miles away. This was inconvenient so I eventually asked for a refund. The assistant then started quibbling with me over sessions cancelled, saying I cancelled some. The inference was that I was not due refunds for sessions that I had cancelled. I pointed out the fact that sessions had been changed to alternate dates because the technician was going on holiday and I wanted to be treated by her and not a different one. The call ended with her saying remaining sessions would be cancelled and a refund issued. I received emails cancelling 4 further sessions shortly afterwards. There was no mention of a refund. I am very disappointed in the attitude. Two of the sessions were prior to 8th July so I could have still used them, but because of the pressure to move me to a site 30 miles away and then the change in tone, I cancelled them all just to prevent being on the call any longer. A refund for all of the remaining sessions was eventually made into my account 7 days later with no other communication. So, all in all, treatment itself great, it appears to work, painless, excellent technician. Downside is admin and communication is very poor.

I had HIFU and Radio Frequency Skin Tightening recently with the pretty Gina, who had very good custom services skill and did a great job on the RFST treatment (06th may 23). I will come back for another 03 sessions on RFST. Thank you, Gina. Crissy Perote

Laura put me at ease from start, she explained the full procedure to me and was so easy to talk to which made it easier to ask any questions I had, which she answered in detail and explained anything I wasn't sure of, absolutely platinum service and I have booked my return appointment already 😁 🌟
