Had my treatment at the Glasgow clinic. Reception and premises were very welcoming and clean. My procedure was carried out by Cherie. She explained everything coherently and took time to listen to and answer questions. She was very professional with a wonderful calming personality.

Vivo Clinic Glasgow. I was assigned Cherie as my therapist for the fat freeze therapy and I was delighted by this. The reason is that Cherie already had good reviews online which is of good reassurance. After the explanation of my chosen treatment in the first appointment, Cherie made arrangements to allocate my sessions in my free time which again was of good reassurance. Cherie had the clinic ready for my appointment each time so there was no need for me to wait. Also she offered a cup of tea once when I was on a rush and arrived to the clinic a bit late. A kind gesture from her to make me feel welcome. All of my appointments were discreetly carried out and comfortable. I would highly recommend Vivo Clinic Glasgow with Cherie. Thank you!

Had the plasma pen treatment done with Danielle. She was super professional and I felt very comfortable, I’d definitely recommend this to my friends. The only downside is being taken through all the upgrade options before the treatment which makes the whole experience very commercial, I just wanted to receive the treatment I booked without hassle

I came to vivo clinic in Birmingham for the femi wand vagina tightening I was very anxious as I didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted by Natasha who got me to fill out a questionnaire then was taken for my consultation where she explained the process of the femi wand.shortly after I was taken into another room and started the procedure. Natasha was very reassuring and let me know every little step of what she was doing I felt very comfortable and the femi wand itself was not so bad at all but uncomfortable when it gets inserted into the Vagina but it was ok. Would like the thank Natasha for her warm welcome and for making my experience good

I visited Nottingham VIVO Clinic on 10th Nov22 for 360 degree Cryolypolysis ( Fat Freezing). On arrival I found that the interior decor of the treatment room was very poor. The equipment was not up to date and only one applicator was functioning. I had booked for 4 applicators treatment. My three treatment areas took about 90 minutes to complete as one applicator at a time was applied for 30minutes each time. The only one working applicator also stopped during treatment. Very unsatisfactory and poor standard treatment. I asked for refund . No reply to my two emails and 4 calls. Dishonest , unprofessional and scammers VIVO clinic. ** NEVER NEVER VISIT THIS CLINIC **. I have been to other clinics before for the same treatment in different cities. Those clinics were far better than VIVO Nottingham. VIVO clinics are very unprofessional , dishonest and scammers. They never apologised for inappropriate and substandard treatment and did not refund me *. Horrible experience.( In response to your reply, I would like to inform you that the 4th Applicator was ultrasound cavitation not 360Cryolypolysis Applicator. Even your 360degree applicator did not have enough suction at the maximum settings of 5*.I can say with total confidence that I had much better and effective Cryolipolysis 360° in two other clinics in Leeds and Edinburgh.

I had Laura when I did the fat freeze experience. Laura was amazing, she made me feel comfortable, was really informative and was really kind. I’m honestly great for having Laura and for making my experience wonderful.

I had the most amazing experience at Vivo clinic Birmingham. Shanade was the therapist assigned to me and she explained everything to me into details. She was so caring and thoughtful throughout my procedure. One thing that made me very appreciative was how she kept coming in periodically throughout the session to check on me and make sure I was comfortable. It’s been an amazing journey and I am even starting to feel different and see changes just a week after the treatment. Can’t wait to go back for my next session. I definitely recommend Vivo clinic. I originally booked way back when in leeds and hadn't had an experience worth returning but i decided to give it a go for a one off session this time in Sheffield. Can't express how happy i was to have done so having booked in multiple sessions of lipofreeze and cavitation with Helena who has been fantastic throughout! The sessions fly by, sometimes im sad they do as i look forward to them. Can't thank Helena enough for being so professional and informative all whilst making me feel so comfortable and always listening - thank you!

Had my Plasma pen eye treatment with Cheryl in Liverpool it’s my third time over the years. Cheryl is by far the most thorough I have been to. Extremely professional she puts you at ease immediately I would recommend her to all my friends.

Laura! Oh my, is the BEST person to preform any treatment! I can not tell you enough how thankful I am to her and her magic touch. She has achieved everything I wanted and more! To be honest I wouldn’t use Vivo clinics otherwise. She really does provide treatment I have never experienced. And, I have had many in the last 20 years. I don’t usually write reviews but feel I’m doing a disservice not telling others how wonderful your treatment can be.

Laura is amazing therapist. She gives great advice on what treatments would suit me and always make sure I am comfortable, having a great experience.

I visited the Birmingham clinic to have the hifu treatment. My beautician was Natasha and I could not have asked for better treatment. A video was played explaining my treatment prior to it being done and step by step communication throughout. Natasha is not only lovely but very professional and completely put me at ease . Even tho the treatment can take awhile to show its full effect I can see an immediate difference

I Visited the clinic in London today and was see by Laura Jenkinson! I had a couple of questions regarding the procedure but she was unable to answer any of them and then she became very angry and defensive and asked me to leave, clearly the concept of customer service is unknown for vivo clinic. I then asked them to provide me with a refund however, they refused to refund me and they said that it is my fault that I felt uncomfortable and intimidated because Laura was not supposed to answer my questions because she can only do the procedure. I was not provided any further details of why the person doing the procedure cannot answer any questions about the procedure she is doing. I have reported fraud and consumer rights abuse under section 75 of the consumer credit act.

Visited Vivo clinic in Belfast today, excellent, well informed therapist Rossanna was just fabulous; explained the process and answered all my questions . Will definitely be booking more treatments and recommending to my friends.

I had treatment in Glasgow clinic by Cherie. She put me at ease right from the start. Treatment and after care was explained thoroughly. Cherie kept conversation going all through treatment. Further treatments were discussed and after seeing results from first one I have booked another. Cherie is such a lovely person and is exceptional at what she does. Would highly recommend

Booked the plasma spark. Amazing treatment if like me your eyelids rest on your eyelashes. Was treated by Cherie at the Glasgow branch. I could actually see results before I even left the treatment room! I wish every company had someone like Cherie, she is so friendly and knowledgeable, puts you totally at ease, explains everything you need to know and of course great at her job. Can’t recommend the treatment and Cherie enough!
