I went to Vivo clinic for fat freezing. My clinician Cherrie was very lovely and down to earth and made sure the whole experience was made comfortable for me. She gave me great advice and was professional throughout! I will definitely be going back to vivo clinic for more treatments and would recommend this clinic to others who are looking for treatments at an affordable price at a friendly and very professional clinic.

Natasha was brilliant, made to feel at easy and was very chatty which helps when there's a little bit of pain involved in the procedure. Competitive prices top. Highly recommend.

Absolute lovely lady who I saw but was a complete waste of money, after having two Hifu rounds , 1 in April and 1 in Oct last year you couldn’t see any difference what so ever . I had already paid for a third treatment but the lady agreed with me on why put myself through another painful session when there was no improvement at all. After speaking with her bosses and asking for a refund for the third treatment It was refused , they wasn’t interested at all, said I could have Fat Freezing which at 9 stone wasn’t needed. Very poor customer service from them. It’s not cheap and in my personal opinion if you pay for something that doesn’t work you should get a refund, I wasn’t asking for the two treatments I’d had refunding just the third I didn’t have ! Shocking customer service and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone through my experience, and editing this after your response below, no I DIDNT COMPLETE my treatment. I paid for 3 and only had two so that is completely untrue !! You wasn’t interested at all when I spoke to you now you ring me after seeing this review and still won’t refund the 3rd round which I never had , as stated before , terrible customer seevice

HIFU treatment will make your face have marks lasting for 10 days. I make the payment through the phone and pay for the extra session in the clinic after the first time treatment. I saw a lot of marks on my face after treatment and my therapist said it was normal. It will disappear in a few hours. So I paid for the extra session after the treatment. But the marks was lasting in my face for around 10 days. It's not matched with the website and the therapist said it to me. I requested a refund. They gave me a lot of excuses and encouraged me to change to skincare or other treatments. I choose skincare but it's been 2 months still not shipped out the skincare products to me. rubbish company!!!!!!! Go to google reviews. I posted the photos there after Hifu treatment in Vivo Clinic.

Had Hifu treatment at Vivo Clinic Belfast Roseanne was very professional and very friendly Made me feel very relaxed She explained the procedure and the aftercare thoroughly She also discussed other treatments that could benefit me Overall a great experience Will def be back for more

I have had cryotherapy with Jemma in multiples area of my body and she has been amazing, the treatment is excellent and the results as well. I will definitely come back for more treatment with Jemma. 100 % happy with the experience and results.

Appalling. Cancelled my appointment twice costing me my annual leave as the procedure needed 7 days recovery and I therefore couldn’t not get my leave back. They have had my money since October 2022, no procedure and no refund yet. Totally unprofessional company and I’m very glad with this attitude to customers and business that they have not actually put their hands on me. Go to a professional outfit and save yourself time and aggravation.

I had a HIFU treatment done by Sahel. She was lovely, explained the treatment and aftercare with great detail and gave a lot of advices about my skin. Clinic was very clean. Overall very satisfied with the experience, and happy with the results!
