I have several treatments of fat freezing with the consultant Helena she was very professional, helpful and explained everything very clear. My treatment had been cancelled and was given a complimentary treatment which was very good.

Seeing great results with my fat freezing so happy I took up this treatment consultant Helena made me feel very welcome and comfortable I am happy that it is the same consultant that sees you throughout the treatment

Booked an appointment at Nottm of which they cancelled & lied about the reason. Asked for a refund which they initially said they couldn't & now waiting for approval from the owner. Not hopeful as I know they have a policy of not refunding.Used them years ago & continually got cancelled appointments. Was assured things were different now. Worst customer service ever. You shouldn't have to fight to get your own money back.

Gemma is amazing. Always so informative and takes all your needs into consideration. My second cryolipolysis session with her and always so pleasant. Thank you.

Had my first appointment with Cherie yesterday, it was an amazing experience and very relaxed, can't wait to continue my treatments.

Went to the clinic in Nottingham. Laura has been nothing short of amazing. She honoured my appointment when she had no one else on just so I didn’t have to reschedule. So wonderful, considerate and kind.

If I could I will give 0 star to the service. I booked a PCR test in the middle of covid and couldn't attend it, so cancelled and ask for a refund the same day, they said it is not refundable but gave me a credit note that can be used for any other treatment, valid for 2 years. I thought it was ok, I could have used £185 at a more convenient time for an aesthetic treatment. When I looked on the website to book I discovered that the clinic is now closed and the closest clinic to me is 3 hours away, not reasonable at all! I called to ask for a refund and they still stated that is not possible and that I can book a treatment in a clinic 3 hours away if I want! Really disappointed! Will look into a formal complaint!!

The staff Gemma was pretty amazing, explaining everything and checking how I was feeling throughout the treatment. I woud definitely recommend the clinic to my peers.

I had my first body sculpting session with Cherie last week and it was an absolute pleasure. Cherie was lovely from start to finish and I felt immediately at ease. She took lots of time to talk me through the procedure, she is very warm and friendly but a real professional. Would highly recommend. I will be back after the new year for my follow up treatment. The procedure itself is painless and I’m already starting to see results after just 4 days 😊 very happy I’ve opted for this 👍🏻

Cherie is a complete gem. Went in for Coolsculpting and she was really informstive, set my mind totally at ease (I wasn't sure what to expect) and completed the procedures quickly and professionally. Made me feel really welcome and I would 100% recommend going to her for any procedures.

Had my treatment with Cherie today, totally put me at ease , we chatted the whole time of treatment, I thought I was going to be embarrassed and not sure what I expected but , yes lovely lady knew her stuff and put me at ease Deffo going back for a different treatment after Christmas.

I had to buy a PCR test and then the next day the government announced this was not needed to travel abroad, spoke to VIVO about receiving a refund but refused and then only a credit note. I can't even use it as there treatments aren't even in the same town that I live in and I explained this and showed no empathy towards the situation so I have over £400 of credit notes which I don't think I can use.

Cherie was really welcoming and put me to ease when I went in as this was my first time doing anything like this
