Myself and my sister attended the clinic together and it was an enjoyable experience for both of us. Sandra was welcoming, informative and constantly made sure we were comfortable. The clinic was clean. I would definitely go back for further treatments.

Belfast Had a treatment done yesterday, Roseanne was so lovely she really made me feel at ease and explained what she was doing, her experience shone through which made my experience enjoyable. Worse place ever. They make you pay for a deal which is three hydra facial. I went for my first appointment OK. Then I went for second appointment they used broken machine and said done . Then I went for third appointment as I go in , they goes our machine is broken. We will call you when it’s fixed so they never called me back. I call them to ask about the third appointment a girl called shanon goes you were a ‘no show’ on the third appointment I said ‘no’ i did go in but they sent me home so kept arguing saying that i was lying and i have to pay £50. So they basically took my money they didn’t even investigate by checking their call history or their CCTV that I did come in and was sent home. It’s a joke they just took my money and don’t even wanted to refund me as they keep saying I was lying.

However once in clinic space and having met Cherie I felt comfortable and confident in her abilities. She was thorough explaining all aspects of the treatment and helped me feel relaxed. She was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in her practice and was able to recommended other treatments for me. I will definitely return to see Cherie at vivoclinic.

Done fat freezing in 8 different areas. Took us about 3 hours. I enjoyed the whole 3 hours thanks to Gina, she was fun, easygoing and very friendly. Just for the service received I would definitely come back. Thanks Gina 😊

My experience at the Vivo clinic was great! I got a text message reminder day before telling me exactly where to go. Gina, my therapist, was so lovely and professional. She was not only nice and patient, but also very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was just right. The treatment was done well and tailored to what I wanted (I had a HIFU). I have booked a follow up treatment with Gina straight away. I can’t recommend Gina and the clinic enough.

Roseanne was amazing. It was my second visit with her and she went thru the treatments again with me preparing me for after care. I did radio frequency for cellulite and she was gentle. I also did 360 fat freeze on my outer thigh and there was no pain. Treatment was comfortable. Will be continuing my treatments w her.
