We needed to move our PCR appointment to the previous day to ensure we received the results in plenty of time and Aamir was really friendly and very helpful. Quickly changed our appointments with no problem. Great service

I had 2 cryolipolysis treatments with Charlotte at the Nottingham Vivo Clinic and she made me feel so at ease that the appointment felt almost painless. She was so lovely and talked me through the whole process so I fully understood everything. Looking forward to seeing the results in 12 weeks time! Definitely recommend Charlotte, and will absolutely be having treatments with her again.

Poor experience at Vivo Queen Street. Bought a voucher for HiFU treatment and was very disappointed. When I arrived the staff (franchise owner) advised me that the treatment only included my forehead and "I qualified to have my whole face and neck done for only an extra £150". When I queried that the voucher mentioned that it covered the 's-section' she immediately said this was fine. I asked what this included she then backtracked and showed an s shape over her face, which included forehead, eye region and cheeks. We then discussed that my neck did not require treatment yet. The full appointment took 35 minutes, less than 10 of which was the actual treatment! The other 25 minutes included the consultation and photos of her mum who had excellent results from the treatment, and also photos of her 2 young boys, who obviously hadn't had treatment. She was very personable and I have no problem building a rapport, discussing her children, if the treatment was as good as she spent time explaining. At the time I thought that maybe 10 minutes was all that was required as she did seem to cover the 's-section' and she explained that full results would not be seen for 6 weeks. I can honestly say that I have definitely not seen the results that she 'promised' following photos of her own mum. If anything my skin appears duller, with no changes to fine lines etc. After researching this treatment, I was so excited to be able to try it using a voucher as was willing to pay the full amount. I would not recommend Vivo as felt the whole customer journey was disappointing from the attempted hard sale at the start to the very short time spent doing the treatment, and the poor result. I may try HIFU treatment at a more established medical clinic next time.

I found ANTON to be extremely helpful today and give him a 5* rating when I spoke to him this morning to cancel two pre departure PCR tests because we no longer need them to travel. However, I can only rate VIVO a generous 1* because of their inflexible approach to the ever changing covid regulations and their lack of fairness in offering customers a full refund for cancelled covid tests. I reluctantly accepted a credit note to the value of £278, not an insignificant amount, which I probably will never use on one of their aesthetics products. Unfortunately I did not carry out due diligence when booking and having since read the disparaging comments on Trust Pilot would definitely not have booked so beware, read the small print.

I used Vivo Clinic to get my tests for a wedding I was going to just before Christmas when the UK still had rules about needing a negative test before leaving the house and I paid extra for the same day results or money back, I waited until midnight and still no results then woke up at about 3am and decided to phone customer services and was on hold for about 2 hours waiting to get hold of sombody when they eventualy answered the phone they just said there where delays and I would get the results soon. Then I woke up at 9am still no results so another 2 hours on hold the whole time being told by the onhold message telling me how lucky I was using Vivo because otherwise my plans could have been ruined. My results came through at 3pm on day 2 so I missed most of the wedding and I never got my money back. Would not use this company.

Arrived early and was helped right away. Phil and Kat at Parkview Medical were awesome. Fast and efficient, they answered all my questions and were very friendly. My test was done in less than 15 minutes and I was ready to go with my Fit to Fly test.

It was going to rate this higher but I feel older since I had treatment done, I had the femiwand done on the 25th March 2022 and the first few weeks I thought this had done a great job and I wasn’t constantly needing to look for a toilet but the past week I am worse than ever , I cut out caffeine and everything to help with my incontinence issues and thought the femiwand would help as well but I have constantly having to run to the loo every time I need the loo and have had a few accidents all in the past week , so much worse than I was before. I also got a free eye lift treatment and my wrinkles under my eyes are horrendous now , I will not be going back to the clinic for any treatments as this was £600 I have spent with the only difference being I’m worse than I was 😡 Supposed to get callback but they call when I am working , expect you to call them back and then get random person who knows nothing about what you are phoning back for. Maybe a txt to arrange a time 🤔

Jasmeen was excellent and made the process very smooth and easy. Way better to use than Qured where you cannot speak to anyone if needed and the customer service is appalling.

I booked a last minute appointment for 8am on Easter Sunday. This was dealt with extremely efficiently, professionally and in a friendly helpful manner, leaving me extremely happy with the service, not only for the test itself, but also the efficient handling of the subsequent doctor's letter by the medical team.

Sherrelle was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in solving my problems with a Recovery Certificate which listed me as a female with the wrong DOB. And with entering my credit card information which I didn't seem to be able to do online. Speaking of online, your web site calendar schedule for making appointments had today blacked out making it impossible to make an appointment. A check with the mobile showed availability all day.
