I booked 3x PCR tests at the Swansea clinic, for 2/5/22. We are travelling to Jamaica, and Jamaica have now changed their entry requirements to no test required. I was aware of the terms and conditions, but my hands were tied and tui / gov website gave me no indication of a potential change coming. This is really upsetting in the current climate where the cost of living is increasing significantly. This is a large sum of money for our family at this time. Vivo refused to refund us our £285. Other family members travelling with us, used another company and received a full refund despite a no refund policy. Please be aware of this when booking with them!!

We had Sarah and Carol for our pre-flight covid test in Hull, they were both very friendly, helpful and professional. We were in and out very quickly and before our booked appointment time.

Purchased 5 recovery letters. Had to call customer service as had problems with the applications being rejected. This was down to an issue at their end which they had resolved within 10 minutes. Later called back again to correct a date of birth we had entered incorrectly. Resolved in minutes. Thanks to Steve and Vanessa.

Do not use this clinic under any circumstances. I paid for a next day PCR on Tuesday only to be phoned up at 17:30 on the Wednesday to be told they have had a leakage so unable to complete my sons PCR. I now have a very upset child who is now unable to go on his Rugby tour with his friends. Not helpful on the phone at all and only offering a refund for the PCR. Absolute joke !!!!! Still awaiting my Refund VIVO please sort it out ASAP

My son needed an Antigen test and I ordered from another company which didn't come in time. Feeling very stressed on a Tuesday evening with travel due on Thursday I remembered I had 2 tests from Vivo clinic which had been unused late last year due to cancelled travel due to lock-down in Austria. I mailed Vivo at 18.47pm to check I could use the test and by 20.45pm I'd had replies to 2 mails and the test submitted and certificate supplied. Magnificent service. Thank you Tim at Vivo clinic

Australia needed very specific requirements for tests to be accepted. We tired over finding a place. Ashley worked with us personally over the phone on multiple ocasiona to ensure the certificate had all we needed. He went above and beyond. Deserves recognition and a promotion! Very pleasant to deal with. Genuinely helpful and accommodating.

Ashley was a great help. I had a credit from a previous test and couldn’t figure out how to use it against the test I needed to book but she fixed it all for me and booked my appointment for me all by email. She was very quick with her responses to my questions and couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and polite.

Erroneous information on their website. They claim they can get PCR test results back same day. But when you arrive at the clinic, they deliver a different message. Very misleading. Then you pay GBP 95 for a test that costs only GBP 59 and they won't credit your card for their error. I won't use these guys again.

Carol and Sarah were brilliant with my daughter for her PCR ahead of our trip away. Arrived early, able to test quickly and in a relaxed manner. Test went off as we completed it, comms by 11am next day to say arrived and result by 2pm. Fab service, would use again.

I had an appointment for a Covid test this morning in Oxford. I was seen very quickly and Nina who performed the test was very friendly and efficient. She made the whole experience, which could have been stressful, quite pleasant.
