Have had some communication from vivo but still no refund.It will cost more than my refund to make a small claim but that does not mean this company should get away with taking money and not supplying what has been bought.Now looking into reporting to trading standards re reply,you did not send any tests.You cannot take money for something I did not receive.I have informed trading standards.

The Middlesbrough clinic is super helpful, personable and reliable! I travel a lot with work, so I’ve been a couple of times and can’t recommend Phil enough! He’s super friendly and knowledgeable - my go to clinic for covid tests, and I actually look forward to going to speak with Phil!

I needed a same day PCR test to travel to Japan. I also needed an additional form completed for the Japanese government. Other companies had told me this wasn`t possible. I got my results with 4 hours of the test. The Medical Team ensured I got the all the documents required very quickly. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Had tests done today at the Middlesbrough clinic, both Phil and Kat where wonderful, very warm and welcoming. Straightforward tests and was seen straight away.

Having done many CV-19 tests for work. I've found the services Vivo offer to be by far the best. Efficient, reliable and very helpful staff. I was in the safe hands of Phil & Kat this time round (They even managed to get me in a little early)

After receiving my PCR Test Certificate I noticed an administrative error regarding an incorrect date of birth. At the time this was a critical mistake as the certificate was required to travel overseas for work purposes. I contacted Vivo Clinic and was put through to a lady called Sherrelle (Sherry). Sherrelle quickly reduced my fear of being unable to travel and politely asked to forward the PCR Test Certificate. Within five minutes the amended certificate was in my inbox. Thank you Sherrelle for your professionalism and prompt action.

Ashley was EXTREMELY patient, and kind as we muddled through getting a doctor certification for travel to the United States. Unbeknownst to us, a correction had already been sent… So he may have been thinking we were crazy Americans… But was very accommodating to us anyway!😀
