I just had my last set of fat freezing with Taylor yesterday and as usual a lovely experience, Cherie did my previous sessions and both ladies are so friendly and knowledgeable. For all my sessions I felt comfortable and was put at ease as they answered all my questions. Vivo Clinic is a scam company, with Fresha they are taking deposits with no intention of facilitating the service. I went there and stood there for 20 minutes. I emailed them and told them I’m outside. I can’t see any form of entrance and Vivo ignored me, instead they got Fresha to email me and inform me that I needed to rebook and pay another £50. There’s no sign post to say they’re in the building, there’s no doorbell to get in the building, It’s a private key fob for private apartments. They have no landline contact number either?! I have been trying to contact them since yesterday to rebook and they have blocked my number so that I just get the answer machine. I have sent emails to both the companies and they have refused to reply. I have photographic image of the building which will prove that they are a scam. 13 Audley House is a private residential building. Continuing from the reply from Vivo clinic. I have photographic evidence time, stamped on two separate occasions to prove I was outside the building, And you say you attempted to call me five times my call register does not show any form of call and I will prove that also. You claim that you done these things, but you did not send me evidence when you made this Claim. I told you I have evidence. Whether or not you have been therefore reputable amount of years you use this opportunity for online booking as a way to take £50 from clients. I did try to rebook straightaway and you tried to charge me another £50? After I waited outside for 20 minutes? Not once did you inform me of the situation not once did you inform me that your building is not recognised from the outside as Vivo clinic? I also have recordings of me attempting to call you, and all I have is answering machines. I have another recording when I phoned the mobile number, the only number that you have from another of my mobile numbers and that told me the mobile number has been disconnected!!! So I’m afraid I’m sorry I’m sticking to what I said you are a scam company whether or not you’ve been there for awhile just like Boris scammed the country for £40 million you have this set up so that people lose their deposit! it’s disgusting awaited outside I have evidence to prove it. How is it possible in this day and age for companies to be allowed to export deposits from people or else they will not be seen??? Keep the £50 you must need it however far it’s gonna spread between you. Also, I literally just took a screenshot from your site and booked an appointment on Sunday at 10:30 so please with your liars and your deception, just close the company down and stop scamming people. If I could upload images to trustpilot, I would show the proof.
