First time visiting VIVO in Glasgow. Taylor was wonderful I was made to feel very welcome. Everything was explained to me, so that nothing came as a shock. I was given lots of advice on skin care as we were just chatting about my skin which was very much appreciated. I had the 360 fat freeze.supersonic chin lift and RF eye lift. Fabulous price at the moment. We also discussed other possible procedures and I was given info away with me to read so I can consider what’s next. I can’t recommend Taylor enough.

From the moment I walked in, Sapphire made me feel comfortable and at ease with her professional and friendly demeanour. Sapphire explained each step thoroughly, ensuring I understood the process and what to expect. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident, making the experience smooth. Trust Pilot accused me that this is not genuine, and removed my first review even after I provided my booking confirmations and payment evidence. They don't bother just simply refer to their terms and conditions, software they are using stating that they software is "almost" always correct - which as every machine can be WRONG - and Trust Pilot machine is wrong about my review! Diane very welcoming and warm. She put me right at ease with her friendly smile. The treatment went well and she took care to explain and assure at parts where it got slightly uncomfortable. She also suggested additional light therapy services to help calm down my sensitive skin. Appreciate her attention to details.

Vivo has two powerful facial Hifu and Rf machines. Hifu is used to sculpt your face, while Rf is used to lift your entire face. These two treatments make your face look three-dimensional, which will give you confidence and make people look at you differently. And the price is very good and the staff Roseanne is very friendly.

I recently had a course of cellulite reduction treatments. It was very relaxing and sandra was very knowledgable about the treatment. Clinic can get a bit busy and would benefit from a receptionist the weekend to allow the therapist to concentrate on their treatments uninterrupted.

I had my HIFU treatment at VIVO clinic in Birmingham. Tracey was a very good company and very careful and gentle doing the treatment. Lovely team every time I have visited them.

I had the fat freezing. Iwas a bit skeptical at first as it took I while to notice any difference but around the 3 week mark wow . Starting to see my abs and lost around 33mm off my waste. Just had my second treatment so see how it goes. Very friendly staff and very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend

I had the fat freezing treatment at the Manchester clinic which was brilliant and very well explained by Fotini. She was lovely and put me at ease as I was feeling quite anxious! I do feel unhappy about the additional price of the aftercare cream which I had to add on top of the purchase of the treatment without notice beforehand. This was not something I wanted to purchase and feel this should have been added into the treatment price. It also should be better explained on the website to avoid further confusion.
