Had my treatment today with Soha and I felt really at ease with the whole procedure as she would explain every step.

I applied for a part time job at this company alongside my aesthetics and beauty business. I was phoned and asked if I could travel well over an hour to the clinic in Manchester for a taster session of the job and assured all my expenses would be refunded to me whether I got the job or not. I don’t even want to get started as to why I don’t want the job regardless but I was promised my expenses back for travel which total £40. I was told somebody would be calling me the same day. No phone call, after 5 days. Don’t apply for a job with this company. They have cameras watching the staff, sell creams you absolutely do not need after treatments, give someone the bare minimum training to the point I was telling the poor girl who was running my taster session what to do and helping her. And they don’t refund you your expenses back anyway! I’m £40 down. Which isn’t a massive amount but the principle of the matter is I shouldn’t be as I was promised it back either way!!

Vivo Manchester - nice service provided by lovely therapist Fotini today. Had fat freezing 8 applicators today, everything was explained and all my questions answered, very patient and nice therapist.

I had a plasma pen treatment at vivo Birmingham three years ago around my eyes. I paid extra after my consultation to have plasma pen along the lines on my forehead. I was reassured that the treatment was suitable and that as I was light skinned, scarring was unlikely. I followed the aftercare programme, although I was not given any vit c cream I had to purchase my own as the beautician said they had none left. Three weeks later all the dots fell off naturally and after a few months my eyes did look a little better. However, my forehead was a different story. I had dots along the lines and was told that this would settle over time. Three years on and i am left with permanent scarring. Vivo have passed me around via email and eventually I was offered a consultation to look at the scarring, when I got to the branch I was turned away. After further emails I returned for another consultation and a complementary facial and was told by the very knowledgeable beautician that the scarring was deep, she believed too much pressure had been applied and that I would need either a course of micro needling or correction treatment with a dermatologist. I have contacted vivo through, email, social media and have had no response. They do not care that they have left me with permanent scarring and I am more self conscious now especially as people point out the dots.
