My daughters and I took covid tests today in order to travel tomorrow. Hours after the test, I had only received one the results. Ashley took my call with such calm deminor, that gave me reassurance our problem would be solved immediately. Briefly after getting off the phone, Ashley sent me the missing result notifications and even called back to make sure we were all set. I wish all customer care reps were like Ashley, engaged and committed to customer satisfaction. I appreciate you, Ashley and your VIVO team!

Vivo clinic were really excellent for my pre-departure tests. They were amazing too when I needed to adjust what was on the certificate because of quirks with the Australian Govt requirements. Highly recommend them

Absolutely superb service today from Gurdeep who really explained things so well and reassured me, going out of her way to help It’s quite tough navigating the travel regulations right now and she gave great advice whilst referring me back to the carrier of course for more specific advice in line with her role I wish she worked for my business!!!

After an initially very helpful phone service when booking the test, this turned out a complete disaster. We only received our results at 10pm at night (after taking the test at 1pm the day before) and one test came back unclear. At the clinic we had asked about this several times and were assured that the sample was taken correctly and that the test "would be absolutely fine." When calling we were only offered to book a new test for the same amount. No refund was offered. Unfortunately, this will also makes it impossible for us to make our flight.

We travelled to Swansea vivo today my husband and I for a fit to fly test Nicola and Gearint were absolutely brilliant talked us through the hole Procedure and made us very at ease can’t thank them enough excellent service would use again

We needed a PCR test for our daughter as going on holiday. Saw other cheaper test providers but had seen good reviews for VIVO and wanted it as stress free as possible. We saw Emma at Shirrell Heath clinic. She was amazing, so kind and friendly. Tested at 3.30pm. Result emailed by 5.30am the following morning. So quick and easy. Thank you!

Twice now I have visited the Vivo clinic in Hull and both time’s I’ve been lucky enough to see Jade and Sarah. Lovely ladies, very professional and always very pleasant and happy. A credit to the company.

We are very happy with the way Sarah and Jade conducted our tests, we were over 1 hour early for our test appointment, however this was no problem for them, they just got on with the task in hand . Although experienced some initial admin problems these soon got sorted out with staff from headquarters. Received test certificate back a lot sooner than expected. So happy with service.
