My mirror arrived broken but it was swiftly replaced, overall very impressed with my dealings with the company

The product itself is decent, however it took 10 days from order to dispatch meaning the present missed Christmas. When the item was taken out of its posting box, the item itself (tide clock)was covered in a thick layer of dirt which needed cleaning off and the display boxing was battered and broken - not ideal for a gift and definitely shouldn’t have been sold at full price considering the poor state of the item. I would look to use other retailers next time due to poor standards and slow dispatch.

I recently ordered a duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillow covers in the sale. The duvet cover and sheet arrived without the pillow cases. I phoned customer services and spoke to a very nice lady who looked into it for me. The pillow cases were out of stock. Unfortunately, I hadn’t been advised of this when ordering. Have decided to keep the cover and sheet hoping I can find an alternative. One more thing Garden Trading. Why are you charging £16 pounds for delivery to Northern Ireland which is part of the UK? I was a frequent customer but not anymore. Very disappointing. I order from other businesses in GB and pay £3.95. So very, very frustrating.
