They hiked up the price and now that you are a fixed term customer they will not hand on the savings, not to mention 731KWH Units has cost me over 300EUR. Mad prices for something that would set you back 160-170EUR back two years ago. Seriously feel like I am held to ransom.

Ireland | 15 June 2024I had a constant issue, trying to get a paper bill. The wait time was 56min when I had to hang up. 40 m the next time and 37 min also. They put my bill from 54euro to 113 unacceptable, they never discussed with me it was going to go up that much. I asked the first rep to refund the over payment. He said that will be done. When it was sorted they had to listen to the tapes, which is the right thing to do. I also had Maebh my friend here while this conversation. The customer representative, was very nice and efficent and was trying to do his very best for me, I would not like anything to happen to him, as I worked in a call centre and worked my way up, he has the potential to be one of your best. Ireland | 30 May 2024Hi switched to these guys last August got a solar system put in by another company rang flogas about it .NC6 done esbnetworks processed and activated my solar registration flogss kept saying its not esbn commucating with flogas also no joy I've now switched to another supplier who has no problem with the fact I've solar up and running and actually has better rates than flogas happy to pay buy out penalty too .actually said to me they don't get anything out of it if a customer has solars installed I said regardless its law your supposed to provide service regardless my experience I'd say avoid this company .john
