I called to request help and information. I didn't have to wait too long for my call to be answered. Your colleague who then took the call provided both and was professional, knowledgeable and courteous in doing so.

Customer service very professional and returned calls, but sometimes it took a while for somebody to pickup a call.

Had an issue with my online billing. Yvonne answered my query via email promptly and professionally. She also offered me a small credit as a gesture of goodwill for the error made. Excellent service and a company who values their customers.

I find Flogas very confusing to deal with, they do not email out reminders for meter readings like most other companies and the bills can be very confusing to understand. However, one plus is that every time I ring them directly I get speaking to a locally based person who is always lovely and so helpful.
