Excellent follow up on record keeping issue

I have been pleased with the personnel from IRA Financial Trust company with whom I have communicated. They have been responsive and professional. I was especially impressed with an unsolicited call I received from Lisa Bass. She just wanted to check with me to determine whether I had any questions or required any assistance. It was very nice of her to initiate the contact.

My experience was very good. Everyone was always helpful. There was a mistake during the process and it was probably me, but I still felt that there should have been a greater emphasis on the liquidation of my former IRA account on the process of doing that. But over all IRA Financial Group did a great job of helping me with the transfer.

Everyone was helpful. I appreciated IRAF reaching out to me proactively to remind me to submit paperwork I hadn't remembered. Excellent customer service.

I had my assets in another IRA and they were both expensive and had poor customer service? Go figure. Basically, there was little competition. IRA Financial was a no brainer. Customer service has been superb! Ease of use and secure. I could not be more satisfied. THANK YOU!

Overall IRA Financial did a great job of setting up our checkbook LLC. When you choose to work with them expect to set some time aside for a non trivial amount of paper work to fill out and follow through on, and understand that there are fees for the LLC and fees for the IRA that need to be factored into the total cost of administering the fund since they will affect your total return. This is an indispensable tool for making hyper local high SRI investments in your local community where you can see your money work to create a better community. Its pairs perfectly with a LION membership.

response to getting things done was too slow. somethings were wrong such as teh fax number. I am still not sure about different ways to set up the Roth IRAs I have done it both ways because the first way ( self directed) was months and months so I did the second way the price of the coin more than tripled in the time it took to buy. I have bought bitcoin with two different crypto banks and the twas not much easier.

Adam and Jennifer were very instrumental in helping me with my 401k rollover. It was nice having someone trustworthy in my corner. They made sure everthing was setup properly and that all my forms were correct. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them!

I find all of the different departments confusing to deal with. I had a lot of difficulty understanding Charlotte. The sound was low and the quality bad. I do like the chat feature and the app.

I really love that this company had the relationships in place to solve the problem of investing in crypto, while inside a retirement shelter. I gave it 4 stars only because it takes a lot of time to get things from one account to the other. I am sure someday it will be much faster, as this company compared to traditional stock custodians is a new born.
