Technical issues prevented me from getting my 1099R She was able to work it out...However the company still has issues. The process for sending in money for deposit and then getting a check back out is not seamless. I had filled out the form for deposit, but my check was in transit. The check arrived and was cashed; however, when I called weeks later, looking at my disbursement, I was told that the check had just arrived. I have not yet been able to figure out how you cashed a check that hadn’t arrived. :)

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience has been with IRA Financial from the very beginning,It was a nightmare. The customer service is practically non-existent, AND when i did manage to get a response, it was unhelpful and dismissive .I already shifted my focus to another platform like -Vs trading, they have been so consistent so far and customers service are super responsive .

First, I like IRA Financials' approach of paring the client (me) with a representative (at least for the ROBS setup). I was extremely lucky to have been paired with a great individual (Nelza) who walked and worked with me throughout the entire ROBS setup process. She was knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and possesses great customer service skills. She is definitely an asset to any team. To top things off, I had the need to complete the process by a certain date due to a pending transaction. Nelza was able to assist me not just to complete the entire process thru funding, but more importantly within the tight deadline. Thank you Nelza, I look forward continuing to work with you in the future. I am truly a satisfied customer at this point, and have great expectations for a continued and ongoing relationship.

After several contacts with them - and several wrong answers - I asked for a Manager. Samantha Scholten listened to my dilema, took immediate action with my former custodian and within IRAFT, and - problem solved. My many thanks!

United States | 28 January 2025It is very difficult to get someone to answer their phones this time of year I don't like the customer experience ..I have written several letters asking how to put my account on hold and left my phone number and all I have been told is we are extremely busy .. I would like to cancel my service with this IRA Finacial because the customer service experience is a (F)....No one to talk to personally and no one will returned tour calls... They are extremely too busy to help anyone so why signed up with them..Once they get you signed up they put you on the back burner ..It's like I got you !! Now it's time to get someone else and put them on the back burner and they keep repeating the same process

Currently on week 3 of trying to transfer a account. My current trustee account does not show any process on this also. So far communication is just lacking.
