United States | 24 January 2025Nancy Ventura was so helpful on my recent call. She was patient awaiting my email to make sure that the IRA Valuation was received. The file was sent to the valuations department originally on 1/14/25 and sent back as "cannot open file" on 1/21/25 )please not it was to be filed by 1/15/25). I re-scanned the file and sent it back on 1/21. I called numerous times at the valuation extension over the last few days and have yet to receive a call back. Nancy was able to handle the situation within minutes with professionalism.
