Six months ago my wife began the transfer of her IRA custodial account to IRAFinancial. She was told that the transfer would take three to four weeks. We have completed every form and submitted every document they asked for, yet the transfer is still not completed and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. Stay away from this company.
