After a year with redpocket with an iphone 14, i've decided to port out because of poor coverage of ATT in my area. Port out was easy but activating the eSIM of other carrier were nightmares & tons of frustrations!!! Tried 4 different QR codes eSIM from various MVNO phone companies, all failed! Customer agents asked me to check if my phone was locked but my phone is showing "No SIM Restriction". To be sure, I've checked a few times with redpocket agents; they were mostly impatient but nevertheless said my account was closed so the phone was not locked! Now I've been without a cellphone plan for two days! I don't know what to do!!!

So after weeks of backing up files and factory resets on all my devices, I needed to add a security pin to my new account and then purchase an additional sim card. RP CS Stephen was great. He took care of all my needs, answered my nine million questions and made my the process very easy. Thank you RP CS Stephen for not only being a great human being, but literally my HERO for the day.

United States | 01 September 2024Unlimited is not unlimited! All plans are advertised with unlimited 2G data after the high speed data is used up. During vacation, data was suddenly cut off completely. Called support and it was reactivated. A day later, it was cut off again. Called again and was told I was using too much data and it would not reactivate until the next month starts. Talked to multiple people. Last person said that there is noone above her who could reactivate data on my account and she won't. Cutting your unlimited data without warning is awful. Advertising unlimited 2G data and not honoring it is false advertisement, distortion of competition and shows corporate dishonesty. Luckily I was not locked in with a multi-month plan. Update: Red Pocket responded below and asked for more information. Unfortunately there is only a 3 day window of responding and I did not see the email until after the 3 days were up.

United States | 01 September 2024On the whole , red pocket has gone, over the last several years from being an ok internet cellular service to a POS! However I have continued to use them because I am cheap, the price is right, Recently, Red Pocket has at least upped their game regarding their technical service which now has some wonderful and effective service personal that are ernest in trying to resolve my chronic connectivity problems. Of special note most recently, was Julio, who both knowledgeable and diligent in working to solve my chronic connectivity problems. Kudos to him

WHEN GETTING A NEW LINE THEY CAN'T give you the area code you are in As always - dealing with the pakis in india Sent me a 4G SIM card instead of a 5 G SIM card Garbage - but you get what you pay for MANURE NOW you care - Redpocket - forget it after 3.5 hrs with your incompetent people on the phone - its too late now the damge was done!
