This was my 4th call. Can make calls, but cannot receive them. Still no resolution. I would not recommend Red Pocket at this time.

They are just like every other company that claims to have "unlimited" data. They don't! There is a clause in the terms that says, "Unlimited doesn't mean unreasonable" and that they can change your plan at any time without notice. Well, unreasonable seems to be 5 or 6 GB of data a month I guess, because at a little over 5 gigs they shut my data OFF (I only had 4 days until the month was up too, so I didn't use that in a couple of hours or anything). It wasn't throttled it was shut off. I got on the chatbot and finally got to a technician and she reset my data and sent me the link to the unreasonable term. It stayed on for a day and then was shut off again. I got this to try the service for a month, because I was thinking about switching all my phones over, but I'm not, because they seem to be doing the ole bait and switch when you actually use the service.

I had one of my numbers with red pocket for over a year and needed to transfer a second number to a new dual sim phone, a pixel 7a. I tried first with my previous carrier and was only met with frustration. I tried red pocket and it didn't work at first so I called customer service. My rep was named Julio. This guy is amazing. Whatever he is earning, he deserves it plus some. The pixel 7a was not yet listed as compatible, but the pixel 7 was. He got IT on with us and they worked some sort of magic in the background to get it going. They sent me a new eSIM and I am connected and working. Couldn't be happier, both with my interaction with the company and the carrier service. Julio, well done! Thank You!

Jan is very knowledgeable, and efficient in getting my numbers transferred across network to an esim plan. I almost have an instant connection but alas, the esim needs IT clearance to release the QR code. That seems to be an IT workflow design issue that redpocket needs to improve so the CS can deliver at the front end

Service was very good and price was good also. The problem withRed Pocket is they will not release your number to port to a new company. They say is has been done but had to call back next day to have it done again. They put you on hold for a total of 45 minutes coming back every 15 minutes saying it will be a little longer. Finally got released and all good now.

Very cheap, GSMA service almost everywhere. Manual config for APN is kind of annoying, but for the price, it's easy to deal with.

Getting what I'm paying for without a ton of excess fees and charges tacked on per month, and getting service and coverage on par with my previous telco? I call that a win. I've had no reason to contact customer service thus far, billing was smooth, and everything is as it should be. No regrets here!

The number porting aspect went easy for my husband and my self but for my kids phone there were some issues. It was all finally rectified but took about 1.5wk. Customer service throughout has been phenomenal...which is great considering they don't have a brick and mortar location. We tried their coverage in Alaska and it worked just fine. Overall we are pleased with the services and especially the cost savings with the switch.

on and off service with RedPocket since 2021 and honestly their service is great! i tested all networks with them but used CDMA (Sprint) and GSMA (AT&T) mainly. i currently have the old 100GB/$50 plan on GSMA and i wish they kept that around for new subscribers, but i get that MNO deals change every so often. the Sprint to T-Mobile transition was done great in my opinion. on the day of the shut off for both 3G and Sprint LTE, they ported the number over to the T-Mobile side and shipped new sim cards free of charge :). my only bad experience with them was the very beginning—setting up my iPhone 4S using the Sprint network was great and i even got a promotion for $3/mo @3GB high speed. however, it didn’t say that was for the first month only and afterwards i’d be charged full price. besides that, RedPocket activations were near flawless and the times i needed customer support, i could count on them to help me resolve my issue.

Smooth transition to Red Pocket, it wasn't very complicated, everything was done over the phone and the explanation was easily understood.

I like the very cheap plan that I have as I don't use my phone to much. Although I do feel like sometimes my mobile data doesn't renew as I have it off and I don't use it but when try to use it to see a image or something somone sent, it is already used even though I never used it that month. But other than that service is great no issues

Red Pocket has great plans to choose from. Great coverage and excellent customer service. To make it better, I would prefer having the 20GB being 60 to 90 days.
