United States | 25 June 2023As a new costumer who just purchased multiple service from them, my experience has been horrible. We’ve been having issue with one of the SIM card they provided us especially, when we’re trying to make and receive calls. Apparently, the number is restricted for some random reason. Called multiple times regarding this issue and they just tried troubleshooting it multiple time (like 4+) amount of times with no luck. I was cooperating with them multiple time which required me to repeat the same troubleshooting steps repetitively every single time. Then we requested to have a new SIM card sent since nothing was working. And THEY WERE VERY UNWILLING TO! I don’t understand why they’re willing to jeopardize our experience of the brand when they could just send a new SIM card to have this resolve asap. After much convincing and lots of phone calls (which they either just hang up or put you in hold for nearly hours), they finally decided to send us a new SIM card. Today, we called to try to transfer the line to the new provider and they hanged up on us when we didn’t understand what they were saying. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this to us. I’m planning to travel soon and the fact that my phone isn’t working is just so troublesome. Overall, this company is UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE, TIME-COMSUMING, and A LITERAL SCAM! They’re just a reseller of other providers. I’m giving them one more chance before I transfer all my lines to a different provider and won’t be recommending this company to anyone!

United States | 24 June 2023#1 best & cheap prepaid carrier in America. Quick and easy setup with great WebUI showing plenty of useful info such as texts and minutes remaining for your plan. Only complaint is that some plans are exclusive to eBay and cannot be found on their website.

United States | 22 June 2023The only real complaints I have is that when traveling, I will randomly lose network access completely. Took me a while to figure out that a restart fixes this, but it IS inconvenient to have to do this. The other complaint is that you have to log into the web portal on the internet with a browser to get customer assistance of any sort. WHY isn't this available in the Red Pocket app? On the other hand, anytime I have dealt with customer service, the reps were helpful, friendly, and efficient, so there is that.

Brazil | 21 June 2023A new website to navigate is always challenging. Once I found where to go it really did make sense where the information at. Can't beat the price and the eSim download was incredible! In the past the manual SIM and the settings were very challenging. Now it's foolproof!

I had activation issues all day until I got to Marcelo, I'm not sure that everything was red pockets issue, but Marcelo knew the buttons to push and made the transaction and the experience smooth. as well as walking me through particulars of the website. ask for Marcelo!

Dropped calls, limited connections in Seattle and western Washington that would go in and out as I watched them, and it even blocked my WhatsApp and Signal apps when I was on a web connection. I removed the SIM just to use them. The cancellation process is not even explained on their website. Cancelled my card instead because it was easier. Please go anywhere else for service. I got in touch with Redpocket customer service because I was not allowed to login to their website to complete the stopping of automatic payments. After changing my password twice more in as many days, I was still locked out. They say they have plenty of customers without any connection issues in the Seattle area, but I can only rate my own experience.

I called 2 weeks later and they acted like they couldn't find my account, they miraculously mailed me an unsuable sim card within 3 days of the phone call. I requested to cancel the order and they refuse to cancel. I spoke to customer service for 30 minutes and am left with the only option of refusing payment to cancel a service that I never got to use becauseafter 30 minutes of reiterated information off their websitethey can't locate, the "system is down" per service rep Jihan.

United States | 12 June 2023A Red Pocket customer since 2018. I live in a rural area where signals are weak. But, when I started, Red Pocket offered AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. T-Mobile was worthless (I even went via their company). But, Red Pocket's AT&T is perfect (always 1, and often 2 bars, plus WiFi calling). And, using Red Pocket, I pay $199 a year for unlimited calls/texts and 3gb data (I only use about 1gb/mo). And, on my iPhone, I use Red Pocket's Verizon (also always 1bar) and pay $99 a year for 1,000 min, unlimited texts and 1gb data. Finally, their customer service is very good. They have answered over a dozen concerns since 2018 satisfactorily.
