United Kingdom | 19 December 2021These guys are an absolute joke, avoid them if you can! We had no choice as they were appointed by the estate agents without our knowledge. The landlord and ourselves (tenants) had to wait months for a non disputed deposit refund. Each time we called, it was never a positive experience or outcome. In the end we both called and emailed MyDeposits 10 times a day minimum. They are very unprofessional and I certainly do not recommend them. I’m annoyed that I feel compelled to write this negative review.

United Kingdom | 09 December 2021If you are a landlord, stay well clear of this deposit scheme. Our tenant ruined our house. Broken windows, window handles, door handles, doors hanging off their hinges, left a skip full of rubbish, had a large dog with a condition in her tenancy that a full deep clean would be carried out when they left, this was never done. The front and rear gardens were ruined etc. We disputed release of the deposit and provided evidence to support our claim. The tenant left no evidence or disputed our claim yet somehow this system awarded us a mere £140 out of £1000.00. It will cost us in excess of £3000 to return our property to the condition it was when our tenant started their tenancy. Do not use this deposit scheme in any event
