United Kingdom | 01 February 2022After investing far too many hours into compiling evidence of; photos, tenancy agreements, quotes, invoices, and email promises from our former tenants to fix the breakages (they didn't) for a deposit dispute, Mydeposits took a cursory view of the case and rewarded us with less than half of the costs incurred to fix breakages and clean the carpet. They also continued to ignore key details of the case as we appealed. A very disappointing experience.

Last time I called them a month ago, they said they do not know when I’m getting my deposit back and / or what’s going on with it right now. The only thing they said for me is to wait.

I can see how It's an excellent resource for small landlords to meet their legal obligations - without needing any administration staff.
