Was told I needed a magistrate, commissioner of oath or solicitor, to sign off schedule 10 for me to get my deposit back, this was not mentioned in the vast calls made to CS. 8 days later I got me deposit back. Didn’t need to complete schedule 10 or get it signed?!? Confirmed my email each and every time I called. But wasn’t receiving any information back from MyDeposit. Turns out it was there was a . When there should not have been a . Not once did anyone say that’s the wrong email

After phoning we were told we would receive an update by the end of the working day, however 3 days later there has been no communication. No response after submitting a complaint. Overall extremely poor communication and promises not met

Spain | 11 November 2021Unfortunately APRM who was letting my flat had gone bust. Not only did I loose rent money but my tenants could have lost their deposit. Between us we managed to contact the correct department in order to try to get their release of the deposit. Luckily I managed to get help. I can only say that my experience was fantastic. Not only did I get clear advice from from Darren Kitchenside in AuditRiskandCompliance but he went out of his way to be quick, clear and reassuring. So thank you very much from both of us.

United Kingdom | 10 November 2021At my deposit, You are contradicting yourself See below your reply : 4 hours ago Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Mathilde. When a tenant raises a deposit dispute we ask for evidence to support they've met their contractual obligations and left the property in the same, or better, condition than it was let to them in. The onus is on the landlord to prove they need to make deductions to a tenants deposit to return the property again to the same state it was let to a tenant in and prove they are at a financial loss due to tenants breaching the contractual obligations. You FAILED to request evidence from us to dispute landlord deduction. You said the landlord at loss but you awarded money to the landlord without any receipt of supposed cost incurred. A serious error in law and fact and fraud has been committed by your team. It’s not the decision we agree of not it’s your service you did not requested us evidence at all and said you defended our case but only with landlord evidence, you have not request proof from us to give a chance to dispute it. If you had bothered to co tact us for evidence we will not in this terrible situation. I will do my best to take you to court for fraud!

United Kingdom | 01 November 2021We moved out of our rental property on in August 2021 - it's now 1 November 2021 and still waiting to get our deposit back. The deposit was through ARPM, so I understand it's a unique situation as they've gone into liquidation, but there's been no contact from our case manager, I keep being told each week someone will call us, no-one has called us or emailed us, nothing. No-one is able to give us any kind of timeline, they're just sitting on our deposit money.
