As a business service, that really should be improved significantly. 1-2 days for minor amendments should be as long as it takes.

United Kingdom | 28 September 2023So my deposit was protected by my deposit company, 980£ , landlord evicted me and my 2 year old on his birthday due landlord “selling “, my rent was paid always, I lived in the flat for 1 year, I paid 50£ to landlord every month more than was the property advertised, and still my deposit company gives all the money to landlord! It’s not enough that I left homeless with my 2 year old , but I’m not even gonna receive any bit of my deposit,disappointed

United Kingdom | 26 September 2023The customer service team are really helpful when you get them on the phone. But the only way to get a response is to get on the phone and be prepared to wait in the queue. As landlord we filled in a declaration to release a deposit as required and emailed it back 3 weeks ago. As per their rules the deposit gets released after 2 weeks. Nothing yet so got on the line and held and held till I eventually got through. Only to be told by the agent that she has now reviewed my docs, all is in order and the 2 weeks period will start from now. So tip for anyone else using this service... after you've requested release of deposits then do call in to confirm that you are in fact moved onto the next stage as it doesn't seem to happen automatically without your prompt... well, that was my experience...

Just get email reading “ Thank you for your email, we will respond to your enquiry as soon as we can” it’s been 7 days and no reply landlord has released the deposit and this company has failed to return it to me!!!!!!

Spoken to my ex-landlord quite a few times, and they tried to help me out to get my deposit - but these guys just don't care. Sent them an e-mail - no one bothers to respond.

Wonderful response and typical. Complaints form not updatable online Pricing link does not work either. Hopeless, after several years I will be going to TDS and NEVER use these people again.

However my deposit website is unusable for example it is impossible to release deposit to tenants as landlord without talking to support which is super hard as they are always busy. I am waiting on the call for 10mins already being 23 in the queue.

United Kingdom | 08 September 2023i contacted them to clarify the rules of the scheme and when the lady realised i was a landlord she became very defensive and didn't want to give me any information. I'm not sure what her problem was i was only after the rules. she ended the conversation very abrubtly without waiting for my reply. VERY IGNORANT!!!

United Kingdom | 01 September 2023following on from them gifting my deposit to the landlord for a post builder/decorator cleaning , all the works were needed before I started my tenancy due to covid policy of only video viewing and the estate agents not highlighting faults ie damp/blackspot on walls Mydeposits still haven't contacted me shocking company

United Kingdom | 28 August 2023After losing pretty much all my deposit after paying 70000 pounds in rent The property was in a better condition than when I moved in (yourmove report stated this ) I was charged for removal of laminate flooring , blinds a decked area in garden which was weeds and broken glass when I moved in The landlord said he was moving into property but 3 weeks after I left moved 2 families in 1 year 3 months ago The property still has decked area same laminate flooring & everything else I did He use a fake invoice to send to my deposit for work which I pointed out to them numerous times not a fair result st all reviewed on pictures 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
