United States | 13 January 2017Hair was on back order and was asked if I would like temporary hair and that they would match the colors to hair on back order so I said "sure, why not?" - bad mistake! The temporary left over old hair was crap and I mean crap (the color was beautiful - 3 colors I ordered) but the hair cap was way too big and they cut it and cut it again and cut it again and it was a disaster. Glue was stuck to my skin and the hair/glue had a odor that was not pretty and I was embarrassed to be seen. I had to vacuum my bathroom floor every day so much hair fell out and it itched and my scalp was red and painful. After wearing that horrible hair for just shy of a month, the new hair finally appeared, but was a total different color than expected (darker) and it was only 2 colors not the 3 colors I had ordered (brown, red and streaks of a bronze like color) and when I mentioned it, I was told no, the 1st one had 3 colors, this one only has 2. The first one was temporary old left over hair!!!! And was supposed to match the one I have now! Ugh!! Also, you all said I can pull it back and it would look normal and it does not! You didn't cut some of my own hair, which is curly, and it looks stupid when I pull it back. I am so disappointed in the service provided. And the money spent is way too much for the service I have received thus far. I never give bad reviews, but you all so far are a big disappointment in my book. Although, the staff are all very nice.

United States | 12 January 2017It works. Because of braiding some of my edges were pulled out. Hair Club gave me back my edges. Before Ifelt so insecure and would disguise my missing edges but now I feel I can conquer the world. Thanks Hair Club. You delivered. Very satisfied.

If I have any questions all I have to do is pick up the phone, and get the answer that I needed. Hair Club offers Great service, within a Great atmosphere. United States | 12 January 2017I have been a member for 5 months. The staff is super friendly, sensitive, and versed in the business. The only complaint is the lack of hair stylist. Finally, they hired one (Stephanie). Now, I walk out with my hair looking natural and stylish; not like a high quality wig. I feel like a movie star after Stephanie's magic. They need more Stephanie's (hair transformers).Other than this one issue, HC is the best in the business for hair-challenged men and women.

United States | 12 January 2017Good service. Stylists need to take a breath between clients and actually look at the files for the clients they call in. Way too many times all stylists are asking me what I am their for, a frontal, a full service or a cut in. When they guess right they don't remember my hair style when they remove my old system, forget I take color on the perimeter, etc etc etc. I have had system since 1987 and the salons which are thought highly of know their clients and their needs. Notes are updated and actually reviewed in the file and a quality assurance manager is actually going room to room and checking quality rather than asking, "hows it going" and moving on to the next room. United States | 12 January 2017Yes, the first piece looked great ! Undetectable . Even scrutinizing people like my daughter were impressed. Then. That best of pieces was removed and a new placed. A hand went into a drawer and out came : the worst piece ever ! It just wasn't me . Everyone hated it . Including me. I emailed the manager and was told to be there in in 10 minutes. I was there for 4 hours . My piece was died and permed. To match MY hair . So , reaching into a drawer is not the answer !

I am now totally bald on the front and top of my head because my natural hair is not being cared for. I know that isn't HC's concern but it does concern me. I also still have problems with my hairline not looking natural.

United States | 12 January 2017Well after my hair transplant I got on the extreme hair therapy program. In 9 months I grew a lot of my existing hair back. The hair club products are amazing! In fact there the only ones that worked for me. I quit Hair club for almost 2 years and started loosing Hair again. I was trying all kind of products from amazon but they all were innefective. So I just got back in the Hair club last year and I'm regaining thinning areas again ! They are so nice to you! They know you on a first name basis! It's well worth the money to me. All the other products on the market are a fluke! A joke!

United States | 12 January 2017I am not fond of the head cosmetologist as I had a problem with my system and she just shoved some different tape and walked off without even looking at the problem. I love the front desk staff esp. Lonzel Office is always clean and neat
