United States | 18 January 2017I went to the free hair evaluation last year. I was greeted by a very beautiful lady who put me well at ease with my hair thinning issue. I was pumped up and looking forward to having the procedure. The cost wasn't too bad. $3200.00 to have my hair back was OK. The disappointing part was being told that I would have to return once a month for a tune-up procedure at an additional cost of about $30.00 or so. The thought of driving all the way to San Francisco once a month, fight godless traffic jams and try hours to find parking just took the wind out of my sail. I will have to wait and hope that a facility will open in Pinole area of the eastbay.

Sure it takes a little time to get used to the process, but now it's just another part of my life. I'm so grateful I found hair club when I did, wish I found it sooner.

I can see the results everyday I look in the mirror. So glad I am a client of hers! Also, the staff there is absolutely wonderful, and Hope is very kind when you call for ANYTHING!

United States | 17 January 2017I've loved every stylist I've had. I don't give 5 starts because of color inconsistencies. If it weren't for the stylists, I'd probably give 1 or 2 stars. Out of the dozen pieces I've gotten, 3 were a nice color. My own hair has barely ever matched the piece even though my formula has been changed repeatedly in an attempt to match. Also, I have blonde hair. 99% of blondes have darker roots. None of my pieces have ever had darker roots which makes me look like I'm wearing a wig. I've also found the hair to be dry and knotty after only a month or so and I always use HC products.

United States | 16 January 2017I am on my third beautician. my hair still is not growing. and keeps breaking, My hair keeps breaking off every time my hair extensions are put in. I had high hopes and we are paying alot of money, for this service. I would never recommend Hair Club to my friends or my family. Not near as professional as I thought the company would be.

Canada | 16 January 2017The hairpiece is good overall but I have continuing problems with fit. Nobody seems to be able to apply the hairpiece without wrinkles. The Bronze plan - 4 hair pieces per year with the 6 weeks between services equals 48 weeks not 52. That creates confusion and strained feelings at the end of the year. The price is a bit excessive. You area asking me for feedback. Do you really think that ridiculous Terms & Conditions policy is appropriate?

United States | 15 January 2017I liked the Hairclub staff better than the Bosley staff I met with in the past. I don't feel like everything was discussed about what would have to be done for maintenance after having hair replacement surgery. The front desk staff is great. The hair stylist are not the best. I have very curly hair and they always seem to have difficulty cutting it correctly. I finally just stopped having them cut it.

Canada | 15 January 2017Initially everyone was friendly, okay, professional, etc. At the end of the program, all turned cold! I emailed all a farewell email, expressing my gratitude for their service. They did not care to even acknowledge receipt of my email. How do they build their business if an outgoing customer is shunned? It would also be nice to post all costs at the very beginning of their services. They tend to conveniently omit the vital info (cost) until a customer is vulnerable & can't get out. It would be beneficial to receive a follow up email from them, outlining other options available to a customer who has completed one of their programs. My last day with them was September 28, 2016. Currently I am stuck/confused as to whether to contact them or not! Will see.

The "treatments" included deep conditioning and a head/scalp massage, which felt really nice. The products used are just like those available in retail stores, and for the cost of the treatments I anticipated better results.

When you get a service you might as well roll the dice. You could come out looking like a champ, or looking like a complete idiot. It's always been that way.
