United States | 27 January 2017Hair continually falls out of the matrix leaving bare spots and the color doesn't stay very long. These and every other issue are always explained away by the staff as either being your fault or they don't know why. They never acknowledge it's a poor product and they charge way too much.

United States | 25 January 2017I love my stylist. I'm having problem with the front adhesive not staying in place. I feel that the lace is not as it once was and does not stick well. As in the last few visits, my front has completely let go. I have had to put tape strips on to keep the hair from coming off. Today I had my daughter to help me apply adhesive strips to the front to keep my hair in place. I can't shampoo as often as I should because the hair is walking away from my forehead. I'm about to throw in the towel and give it up, because I travel 4hrs.to get my hair done & have never missed a payment, I'm having to redo it the next 4 days to keep in on my head.HELP!!

United States | 23 January 2017Worth the value, especially if you are a super busy professional who does not want to have issues managing your hair matters.

United States | 23 January 2017The entire experience from start to finish was excellent! Extremely happy with the results. Had it done December 2016 and it has made such a difference in my self-confidence. It is now 2017 and I am planning on having a second procedure as soon as it works into my schedule. If you are thinking about doing it, take the chance! I think you will be pleasantly surprised. When I compare pictures of the before and after, I can't believe the difference. I would highly recommend Hair Club to anyone who is considering having the procedure done.

United States | 23 January 2017HCM has constantly improved the product and at my local salon (Orange, CA) the manager sets a tone of client appreciation and satisfaction and her staff supports her. As a client I've been severely frustrated, very satisfied and always relieved I had a choice to have hair....always wishing I looked good bald for the ease of it but, thankful I have a presentable option since I don't.

United States | 23 January 2017I'm happy that i made the decision to join Hairclub. Due to various health issues, the state of my hair had been declining and only getting worse. Since joining about 6 months ago I've seen hair growth in places I haven' t had hair in years. The progress is slow but worth the wait. Thanks HC!!!!

United States | 22 January 2017The staff is wonderful. My second system was absolutely terrible. Not sized correctly, pulled on my skin. Was ordered fine, straight hair bit received thick and wavy. My stylist thinned it out twice and could do no more to fix it. Have to wait for my next system to come in. I am asking that my second system nit be counted as so it was and is unacceptable. The staff tries their hardest to make things with this system right and I appreciate that aspect .

United States | 20 January 2017I was swindled into purchasing something I didnt fully understand. Fine, I'll take the blame for being impulsive and not taking the extra time to know because I was excited. I ended up purchasing xstrands plus which is basically an overpriced hair piece. I spent a total of $3750 before I saw the hair and it was attached. After my initial shock of wearing a hair piece, I went along with it. Every week I've been back to fix the hair line. It looks completely unnatural and obvious. I hate it. The other products they offer won't work for me because my hair has thinned to the point of no return unless I opt for surgery which I'd never be able to afford nor would I pay even if. So now I'm stuck wearing a hair piece where the front comes loose the very next day each time I have it fixed. It is totally embarassing. I wake up each morning and it had folded to a point like a teepee on the top of my head. I can't do anything with this but deal with it because refunds are not given. Look up the numerous complaints online... impossible. All I can do is keep letting them try to make it better but it is just not working. I hope they are happy. They took advantage of a balding disabled veteran with a mental disorder aquired from service who can't work and was using this in hope to help reintigrate himself into the outside world. Good job. I knew no good would come of me leaving my house. I wish they'd just give me my money back like any other company would do if their product is an absolute failure.

United States | 19 January 2017I have been a client for over 25 years. I tolerate it, but should look elsewhere. The story's and excuses are inconsistent, the fixes always require more money. The latest problem has been excessive shedding. When I explain the problem, they always look at me with amazement (as if they've never heard of such a problem).

United States | 18 January 2017Well...Once I came to the club ...I was expecting a minimum of 70% of sastifaction...I am receiving about 98% of sastifaction which is pure good to me.

United States | 18 January 2017I haven't been satisfied with the product or your serviced to me. The appointments are always timed (rushed) and your not given a choice as to who you want to service you, at any other hair salon you do.

United States | 18 January 2017Before I was a member of the Hair Club, I was lacking self confidence, I was afraid to approach people that I didn't know and was honestly scared to put myself "out there" so to speak. I was single, I had just started an Image Management firm, and I made the decision to improve my image so that I could help others improve their's as well as gaining the confidence for myself. I started losing my hair in my late teens, and being in my early twenties going bald, I fell into a hard criticism of myself and I really just didn't like the way I looked. Perception is everything, and it always has been. Lacking the confidence in yourself is such a hinderance to your professional and personal life...and keep in mind you're using their services to make yourself a better you. Now that I have hair, I've started dating, I'm not self conscious, and my business has taken off! The Hair Club for Men and Women has changed my life, and I am deeply grateful for the staff whom nurtured my spirit, who showed me the difference in how it feels to regain the childish enthusiasm that so many of us lose as adults, and the technology is amazing! I can still be active, and I now have the confidence to do anything. I'm networking like crazy. For my clients who are losing their hair and are self-conscious, I recommend the Hair Club...which is saying a lot. There is not a product or service that I will refer my clients to that I haven't tried myself. The Hair Club for Men and Women is the best for people that are struggling with hair loss!

Buffalo Mysha
United States | 18 January 2017I absolutely ADORE the genuine folks at my Hair Club, from office management to the many individual stylists who work with me. Every single one of them has made me feel at ease, is genuinely friendly and I am beyond impressed with their knowledge & skill. I am however equally disappointed with how the financial aspects of using Hair Club are handled. I am a very well educated, reasonably intelligent person and feel I was kinda hoodwinked regarding exactly what the deal was financially. Though I asked, repeatedly, for an explanation of EXACT future cost, I was never given a straight answer. I signed on anyway, so wanting to feel better about myself, so wanting a beautiful head of hair like I used to have pre chemotherapy. I think they count in that need and take advantage of it. I received a succession of scary financial & other surprises after being involved in the program. For example, you are not allowed to keep the hair systems you pay dearly for. Right now I'm paying $400 a month, EVERY month, for the privilege of seeing a stylist every 6-8 weeks and in March that's going up to over $500. That is going to approach $7,000 per year! To me, a retiree in a fixed income, that's a lot. My initial loan from was $4,200 and because I couldn't pay that off in 6 months, interest on The Entire Amount was charged at the end of the six months! I thought I was going to have a heart attack when I got that bill. I blame myself for that. Apparently I misunderstood the explanation on the contract. I asked, over & over, for an explanation of Exactly what participation would cost me, day one, and did not receive a satisfactory answer but was assured they would work with me and that everything would be fine. Mea culpa regarding the initial $4200 loan. I figured I could handle that paying $200/month which is considerably more than the minimum payment and I could be debt free in just under 2 years. It was finally revealed to me, after asking many, many times, that I would be expected to come up with an additional $300+ per month to continue the service I received. Had this been explained, at the outset, I may not have signed on. Another example of misleading practices is the availability of a (cheaper?) synthetic hair option. That option was kind of accidentally mentioned after receiving my 2nd or 3rd system and I was hugeky disappointed because had I known of its availability I would have selected it straightaway, as my first system. When I mildly complained about that, I was told that, well, Hair Club's focus is on human hair. So what? Clients should be informed of every available option, don't you think? Especially for the amount of money we're paying. So, my review is mixed. I absolutely ADORE the folks, ALL of them, they sincerely work to make me look my best and that is important.. But I believe corporate purposely forces staff to be misleading regarding cost of participation, at worst. That's my honest impression and I hope to God this doesn't endanger anyone's job or my future treatment. I would suggest, however, that anyone considering Hair Club get a straight answer about what it will cost them Before they sign anything. I blame myself, in great part, but ONLY about the initial loan. I will continue my participation for as long as I can reasonably afford to. I would like to point out, in conclusion, that what I pay may very well be a reasonable, even inexpensive, amount for the services I receive. I have no idea. I am ignorant of industry standards or if there even is an 'industry '. Hair Club is the only game in town I've been able to find and because I strongly feel I need what they offer, my continued participation is assured. I just wish information had been provided in a more upfront, honest way. I did ask.

United States | 18 January 2017I am not sure that when they dye my own hair that they are using permanent dye. Mine seams to wash out quickly. Some of the hair dressers have not cut my hair piece very well., it has been uneven and then you are stuck until your next hair arrives. By the end of my 4 months my hair piece is like straw even though I use all your products.
